Paw Wow

I love Paw Wow, the best experience for the pet and the owners. I have groomed and left for daycare service my golden doodle Molly, I have anxiety and so does Molly. They were very helpful with all my requests, and attended to all of Molly’s needs. I would recommend this establishment to all pet owners. The constant updates were so helpful, you can tell all their staff love what they do. All the grooming requests were done properly, no cuts or any soap allergies. Molly it’s always exited when I take her there. I am so happy I found this place!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took both my dogs one to get fully groomed and one to just get his nails clipped. Which I communicated to her by text and told her again when I dropped my dogs off I just wanted one fully groomed and nail trim to my other dog. About 5 hours later when she texted me to pick them up which mind you five hours was way too long. Picked them up to my dog who I just asked to get nails clipped was fully groomed and had to pay 250 for both dogs. With her just doing what she wanted without my permission. And you speaking to my finance Well that’s not true because I was the one you spoke to when I dropped them off and over text. I told you there the same exact thing what I told you in text and you started speaking to your coworker, when you texted me that my little dog was matted then yes you charged me extra which is totally fine. I don’t appreciate you doing what you wanted without asking me first and charging me that much when it’s not what I asked for and you know it. Then I find out when my fiancée picks them up that you groomed my other dog when that’s not what we told you and honestly we shouldn’t have paid for a a service that we did not ask for.

We drove through the Vegas for the night and needed somewhere to board Simba — amazing experience. Staff was attentive and engaged. Sent lots of pictures and took him to the dog park multiple times. Simba was very happy and we would board him here regularly if we lived here! Was only a 11 minute drive from where our hotel was on the strip so that was also convenient.

We’ve been to multiple grooming places, but Paw Wow is by far the best! I have a Pomeranian, and they did an amazing job with him. Friendly staff, great care, and our little guy looks absolutely perfect. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! 🐾

We were coming in from out of state for a family event and had to board our dogs do to a family members allergy. We came into town later than anticipated and they were very patient waiting on us. We got a big grouping of pictures about three times a day and they managed to get my Jack Russell with bad teeth, to eat his kibble. Very good experience very nice family.

I love them!!! my puppy is very hyper and hard to handle for grooming and they still accept her, with open arms and professionalism. thank you so much for your hard work!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now and every time I drop off my dogs for grooming it’s been awesome! They are gentle with my dogs, the customer service is great and my dogs always come out so cute. Best of all my dogs feel safe there. Would definitely recommend
