I brought in my 14-week-old puppy after another place basically turned us away, and from the moment we walked in, the difference was night and day. They didn’t just "accept" my puppy they welcomed him like he was their own. The staff was incredibly accommodating, patient, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly love what they do. My puppy is still so young and a little nervous, but they handled him with so much care and gentleness that it instantly put me at ease. It felt less like a business transaction and more like leaving my pup with people I could actually trust. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and how they took the time to make sure everything was perfect. They didn’t rush, didn’t cut corners, and treated my puppy like he was the most important client of the day. When I picked him up, he looked amazing clean, well-groomed, and most importantly, happy. Places like this are rare. Pet Story Grooming went above and beyond in every way, and they’ve definitely earned a loyal customer. My wife and I discovered this business by chance while searching for a groomer. We had a conversation with the owner, whom I believe is named Renee, and she graciously accommodated us. Consequently, we brought our beloved Lucy in for a spa day. Lucy is a mix of Dachshund and Mini Doberman Pinscher. Renee performed an excellent job with the grooming. She was friendly, showed affection towards Lucy, and took great care of her. Lucy not only smelled wonderful but also looked fantastic. They even organized a photoshoot with Lucy, which was a delightful surprise, and the pictures turned out amazing! We were thrilled to find a small business that genuinely cares for the animals they receive, treating them like family pets and pampering them. The establishment is clean, well-organized, and very inviting. We plan to return, especially since they treated Lucy as if she were one of their own. This is an outstanding business!

Pet Story is amazing! From the moment you walk in, you notice how incredibly clean it is. There is no overpowering dog smells or heavy bath product scents, just a fresh and welcoming space. It’s clear the owner, Renee, takes pride in maintaining a spotless environment and carefully cleans and sanitizes between every session. The shop has a friendly, super-relaxed vibe, with plenty of toys and a setup that makes both dogs and their humans feel comfortable right away. You can really tell this is a small, woman-owned business built with care and passion. I’ve been bringing my dogs here for over two years, and the consistency and quality have been amazing. I’ve even witnessed a full doggy makeover during one visit... the transformation was incredible, and both the pup and their owner (me) left absolutely happy! Every time I pick up my dogs, they look beyond amazing and adorable, the compliments we get at the neighborhood during our walks definitely confirm it. Tbh, she is the only groomer I trust in the area with my dogs. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and delivers top-notch results, this is the place. I highly recommend it! 🐾

The owner was so good and kind with my two dogs that I brought in for nail trims. The girls were nervous and she let me go back with her and I held the extra nervous one while she clipped their nails, did ears and gave them kisses and treats. Thank you, we will be back! -Dolly & Star’s mama

Rinee was super welcoming!! Took great care of my dog, nice haircut! Gave hom treats & sweater 🥰😍 i would definitely recommend her !!!

Renee is the Cat Whisperer. My kitty was a feral cat so she has trust issues. I can barely brush her and she barely lets my wife pet her. But Renee was able to bathe, shave, and clip her nails. We used sardines to coax the cat into the carrier. Renee cleaned the carrier out before putting the cat back in it. Renee said the cat was even purring while she got brushed.
