Bryttany and staff were absolutely amazing with my little guy! I appreciate their patience and attention to with him! I will definitely return with him for future appointments!

I had a very frustrating experience at this Petco location. I placed an online order for in-store pickup, but when I arrived, I was told that someone else had already picked up my order — even though I never authorized anyone to do so. This clearly shows a failure in their pickup verification process. The store manager, Jess, was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility, she told me to contact customer service, acting as if this was not the store’s problem. There was no apology and no attempt to resolve the issue. Handing over an order without checking ID and then refusing responsibility is completely unacceptable. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer protection. I have already filed a complaint with customer service, and I expect a formal apology from corporate, the store, and Jess. This situation should be taken seriously, and appropriate disciplinary action is warranted. Very disappointing experience. I would not trust this location for pickup orders.

Cute and clean. I was doing instacart on my first day this was one of my last batches and I needed help finding items I can't remember the guy's name but he helped me immediately and was very friendly and welcoming. I would come back to shop here for my pets needs

If you can go anywhere else to get your pet groomed, I highly recommend doing so. My most recent visit in November resulted in my poodle being completely shaved down even though I specifically told the groomer I only wanted a light trim all over and for his mouth and paws to be cleaned up and I showed the groomer reference photos (standard poodle cut). Upon picking him up they stated he was shaved down due to matting which wasn't the case at all and when I told them this, it was then changed to just his legs, which also wasn't true. I spoke with the manager Oscar about the disagreement and stated if there was a change that was going to be made to my dog's groom or an issue with the service they should have called to get permission first before making any decisions. I was given a refund for the service, but in return my dog was listed as unable to return by Oscar for no apparent reason as stated by two other managers. Upon preparing this review, I noticed others had the same issues with grooming at this location and I wish I would have known this prior to this event. DO NOT GO HERE.

From the moment we walked in, he made our presence feel known and immediately began to give us great service by showing he cared. Our experience was fantastic with the team here. It was clean, quick, and easy to have our Winston taken care of for a walk in trimming. Thank you Chris & the team!
