I took my dog Sydney to Buff Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She smells absolutely amazing now, and after the wash, her shedding completely stopped—no more loose hair everywhere. Plus, she got some lovely little extras for her outfit, which was such a nice touch. A huge thank you to Plush Grooming for the wonderful care and attention to detail. My rescue pup and my velcro dog, Falcor, came with a lot of anxiety about new places, and I was nervous about how he’d handle a new groomer after we moved to Las Vegas. But from our very first visit, Bri’s patience, kindness, and genuine love for animals made all the difference. Unlike some groomers who rush through appointments, Bri takes her time, building trust and making sure every pup feels safe and comfortable. Falcor even got excited for his grooming appointments (even though he knew he was going to get a bath). After over two years as a happy customer, I can say with confidence that Plush Grooming is a 10/10 experience. I couldn’t be happier with the incredible job my groomer did! From the moment I arrived, the experience was professional, welcoming, and stress-free. They took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, and treated my pet with genuine care and patience. The grooming itself was flawless—my pet looked clean, well-trimmed, and comfortable, with every detail attended to. I could tell they weren’t just rushing through the appointment; they truly cared about doing quality work. The coat was soft and shiny, the nails were perfectly trimmed, and even the little touches like ear cleaning and scent were handled with expertise. What impressed me most was the calm and kind demeanor of the groomer. My pet can be a little nervous, but they handled everything with such gentle professionalism that I left feeling completely at ease. Bri did an amazing job. She was so patient and really took care of my 10 month old Maltese. I recently adopted him and his previous owner was abusive. So I appreciated the fact that she took her time and made sure he was comfortable. She also provided constant updates with me during The Grooming session. Bri absolutely cares for the well being (and style) of all her clients! I adopted my pup from the pound and he was heavily matted. Bri was able to help me take care of this issue, and helped educate me on proper care of my new friends fluffy coat. She put in extra time to make sure everything was ship shape and he is taken care of. Will return!!

Bri took such great care of our very elderly little Spunky! He looks beautiful after the much needed grooming. It was a big job, but we are very appreciative of the time and attention she spent to do it right, and keep him safe and comfortable throughout.
