Warm Springs Grooming has become one of those places we trust without hesitation, and a lot of that comes down to Blair. He is genuinely gifted at what he does. Every time we bring Laka in, he greets him with the same calm, friendly energy that puts him at ease right away. You can tell he loves the dogs he works with, and that care shows in the results. Laka always comes out looking, smelling, and feeling wonderful. His coat is soft, clean, and perfectly trimmed, and he walks out with that happy little bounce he gets when he feels good. It is the kind of grooming that makes you pause for a moment just to admire how fresh and comfortable he looks. The shop itself has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The staff moves with confidence, the space stays clean, and everything feels organized. Drop off and pick up are simple, and the whole experience feels smooth from start to finish. What stands out most is the consistency. Blair delivers the same level of care every single visit. Laka trusts him, and so do we. It is rare to find someone who combines skill, patience, and genuine kindness the way he does. Warm Springs Grooming is dependable, friendly, and full of heart. Blair makes the experience exceptional, and Laka always comes home feeling his best.

I first took my pup here to get his nails trimmed on a whim since we just moved close by. The owner was so kind from the beginning. I then booked a grooming appointment. He was finished with grooming my pup ahead of schedule. When picked up, our pup was so happy hanging out at the groomer and didn't give the owner a hard time. My dog does not usually like baths or nail trimming, but felt so comfortable during his time at Warm Springs Grooming. Prices also great!! Most definitely will be back 🙂

You can identify a great groomer by how your pet responds and my dog can't wait to go see Mr. Blair! He's truly an animal whisperer!

I took my Cocker Spaniel Zorro to get groomed here yesterday to try it out. Not only did they take him last minute but Dawn did a great job with him! The cut was perfect! As soon as I walked into the place & talked to her, I knew my baby was in good hands. I can also always tell by Zorro’s demeanor when I pick him up that it was a good experience. They are also less expensive than the vast majority of groomers we’ve tried in Vegas. This will definitely be our new groomer from now on. Thank you Dawn for being so sweet to my kid!

When I first visited this groomer I was excited to develop a relationship and was very pleased with the work, the price, and the quick turnaround time. The longer I went, each time the price was raised (usually by $5). Yesterday my fee was almost double what it normally is. I have a real hair breed, not fur, so my dog does require extra care and I don't mind paying a little more, even tip exceptionally well in the past (as much as $40 cash). However, I do mind being charged extra when the service is less than average, and doubling my price almost is just asking for no tip at all. The service is going downhill. I was informed my dog does not stand well for the groomer and nips. I've permitted a muzzle, as well as believe the groomer's job is to love on the animal and bond, build trust. It's pretty clear to me there is some lack of experience at Warm Springs Grooming, and that affects quality. I won't be back. Maybe they would do well with other breeds, so I left the rating mediocre.

They do great cuts for our Persian cats and always communicate very well even when there are issues with our kitties being a little tougher to cut so they have a nick or aren't able to get as low in some areas. They always get the job done better than other groomers we've gone to.

Great place to take my babies!! The owner was awesome and you can tell he loves dogs and that he treats yours like his own! The boys got a summer cut and they look great! He got us in the same day and even did a check up on how they were doing. I recommend everyone who has a fur baby to take them here for their grooming.
