I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. From the very first visit, I felt that my dog wasn’t just another appointment on the schedule — she was genuinely cared for. The team here treats her with so much love, patience, and respect that it truly makes a difference. My dog can be a little anxious at times, but they handle her with such calmness and understanding that she actually feels comfortable there. That, to me, says everything. You can tell they’re not just doing a job — they really care about what they do and about every pet that comes through their door. The level of professionalism is also outstanding. They are attentive, detail-oriented, and always take the time to listen to what I want, while also giving helpful suggestions based on their experience. The results are always beautiful — clean, well-groomed, and done with so much precision and care. What I appreciate the most is the genuine kindness. It’s not something you can fake. You feel it in the way they greet you, the way they talk to your pet, and the way they make sure everything is just right before you leave. I’m truly grateful to have found a place like this. I trust them completely with my dog, and that peace of mind is priceless. Highly, highly recommended.

Where to even begin. I have been bringing my Shih Tzu Bibi for over 10 years to Mindy and Cassie. They are some of the most beautiful human beings that fur babies could ask for. They always go above and beyond with their work. When it comes to even health concerns with the experience that Mindy has. She always gives the best advice. I am beyond grateful to have such amazing groomers that I can trust with my fur babies. Would not trade them for anything!

My Aqua have been coming to Creative Parlor since she was a baby and she loves going there. Ms. Casey has been doing her nails and she Loves her. Thank You for being so caring and loving with the puppies.

Creative Pet Parlor is awesome! They take such good care of our pups! If you're looking for a great groomer you have to give them a try. You will not be disappointed! And our Pups love them too!

If you are looking for a groomer that will exceed all expectations then look no further! Right when you walk in you can feel the difference. This place was so clean & the staff was so friendly that for the first time my doggy wasn’t nervous to get groomed. They even painted her nails which makes me smile everytime I look at her 😍❤️ Thank you so much for the Incredible job!

The Best Groomers!! Ive been going to Creative Pet Parlor for a few years now and they have been the best. My dog loves her groomings and she loves baths now! Mindy and Cassie treat the dogs (and cats) like it’s their own pets. Highly reccomend! 😁
