Petco Grooming

Frankie Flores groomed both of my dogs and did an incredible job! He worked hard all day on my Great Pyrenees (if you know you know) and my Great Dane and they came out looking handsome as ever. I cannot recommend him enough!!

Amazing service, from the time the door was opened, til I picked Bella up. Angel took time to explain step by step what would take place and kept Bella calm. Bella felt welcomed right away. We now have our new groomer. Thx Angel

Long time Petco customer, first time at this store and service was great. You can tell they love what they do and really care for the fur babies in their charge. Will definitely be a regular customer here.

Amy came home smelling so fresh! Coat so clean, wish her cut was a little shorter , however Great cut maybe we should have made it a point, because she sheds so much ! Groomer ( Nikki) was very polite, professional, patient with Amy, and we will be returning.

Angeles is amazing with my very stubborn and opinionated large dog. She has always done a great job with his and his brothers grooming and handles them both extremely well. I have nothing but positive to say about her and the staff. We have been going there for nearly 8 years without incident.

Worst experience ever. The booking process was all messed up. Gave me a time then randomly changed it to 15 minutes earlier. When I showed up at the time I agreed upon on the phone they said I was late but would handle the nail clipping anyway. The person ( I would be generous calling her a groomer) took my dog in the room and was very rough with her,like she didn't have the time to be bothered with the job she was supposed to be getting paid to do. I would never, ever go back there or recommend that place to anyone. I just wish I would have gotten her name because I would caution the public about avoiding her.

The groomer and receptionist were being LAZY. Nikki R was supposed to be the groomer. When we got there it was locked so we waited when the receptionist arrived she saw us and just ignored us did not say hello or good morning she looked like she was in a bad mood. When Nikki R opened the door she let us in but made a face to see us there but she new our dogs names. This was the first time of her grooming our dogs. I have 2 schnauzers. You could tell that she was in a lazy mood. By the way she talked and moved. Like not wanting to do anything. She didnt even go to get the blue leash they put on the dogs to take them back. She just got down and touch them and said that they had an ear infection both of them And THEN she looked in the ears after. And said she could not work on them cause water could get in their ear and need surgery so they had to turn them away. I told her that they are always licking each others ears. I have taken them to the vet for their shots and they always examine them and they are ok. They have been licking their ears since they got spay and neuter, last year. I feel they just wanted to have a lazy day. It makes me so upset. They have no open wounds nothing oozing out. And I waited almost 2 months to get this appointment because they were so booked out. The receptionist had blue hair. And Nikki had like a triangle headscarf. Horrible customer service.
