I cannot possibly rave about our groomers enough! Pawsome Pets is truly the BEST grooming place I have encountered. They have an open floor plan so you can actually see all of the dogs getting groomed right when you walk in. And when I tell you EVERY SINGLE DOG looks calm and happy, I kid you not. The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful and they do a FANTASTIC job on all three of our dogs, even though we’ve only taken our chihuahua there to get his anal gland expressed (for an extremely reasonable price) because he can literally be bathed in our kitchen sink. But man oh man, they have me completely and utterly convinced that they ADORE our dogs. 🥰 I wish I could give them more stars! I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been taking our cat, Snowflake, to Pawsome Pets for almost 5 years for nail trims and baths. Even after moving I still drive 20 minutes with a CAT (anyone with a cat knows 20 minutes is a long time in a car with a cat)! The atmosphere at Pawsome Pets is warm, welcoming and inviting, they take time to talk to your pet while calming them down and they genuinely enjoy helping your pet look (and smell) their best! They always have availability as well as fair and affordable prices. Highly recommend giving Pawsome Pets a try!

Absolutely LOVE Pawsome Pets! My dogs get excited when I tell them they are going to get a bath! The ownership and employees truly give the BEST care to my pups! We will not go anywhere else!

Pawsome Pets always does a great job on our dogs. They are friendly and you can tell they really care about the dogs! Donovan took care of Charlie this past visit and was amazing. What a great job! Can’t thank you enough!

I have been bringing my Ellie here before she even turned one. She turns two on June 11th and we have never had any issues whatsoever. Ellie is excited to see the staff and the staff enjoys having her in for a grooming. For the work and overall experience the staff does for us is worth the price. I truly can tell the staff loves doing what they do and cares so much for every furry friend they take in. We won’t stop recommending this place. Donovan had Ellie last and he was great!

I’ve been bringing my sweet puppy to Pawsome Pets for a couple of times now and I am very impressed with the business. Their service is consistently great. I don’t feel the need to request for any specific groomer because I have yet to have a bad experience with any of them. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The groomers I have encountered have been sweet and thorough - they always make sure to have a discussion with me at drop off, to ensure my puppy is getting what she needs. If something comes up during the grooming appointment, they’d call me to inform and get approval before proceeding. As a dog mom, I’m very protective of my pup and wants her to look her best, without having to pay an arm and a leg for it. Pawsome Pets really offer the best prices in the DFW. I’ve previously taken my dog to other groomers, and had to pay $$$ for subpar services. Every time my pup leaves the salon, she smells amazing and her coat stays mat-free/soft for several weeks after. 10/10 recommend!

First things first DONT HAVE CODY groom your furry pets I brought my dogs in to get their normal haircuts which was a Teddy Bear cut. Cody came out and asked what I wanted done I said their normal haircuts and I had added the spa Valentine’s Day package. 2 hrs go by and I pick up my dogs completely shaved! I go home take pictures and noticed they nicked my dog. So I called the place asking to speak to the owner they said she wasn’t in she left for the day so I asked when will she be back they all get quiet and proceeds to say she’s on maternity leave, which sounded like a lie to me since we just visited in December and she did not look 8 months pregnant. Anyways, the next day they call and Cody says we don’t give refunds, and literally says he didn’t Nick my dog he said "I used the wrong size and cut them too low. He must have gotten an infection from me cutting too low" openly admitted it. He then says I can bring them back so they can fix it. Which I don’t know how u can fix a bald haircut on a dog? Make it make sense. The only fix is to get my refund back. He then states that I can get credit on my next visit I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK bad business and what business doesnt has a email ??
