Anne's is a one person operation most of the time, so she's limited in what she can handle. I bring her my 3 cats for nail trims. She's great about working them in on the fly, even on a Saturday, when she's able to. That's why she can't take on new clients. She's got to do EVERYTHING to run the business, from working on the animals to answering the phones to booking appts, to doing the books, etc. She's only 1 person, folks! Give her a break. Thanks Anne!
