I'm sure we have no idea what they go through with our little strong-willed cockapoo! They are very patient and do a great job even with the most difficult dogs. Very kind and gentle. Full transparency as the check in area has a complete view of the work area. The more we visit, the more trust we gain and wouldn't take our little darling anywhere else. We're just grateful to the staff for their professionalism and compassion.

BEWARE. Our fully grown 11 pound dog was sedated and suffered blunt force trauma while in their care. Our normally energetic dog was dropped off smiling and playful, and was picked up barely able to keep her eyes open the rest of the day. They swear they didn’t give her anything. She is very well behaved, so there would have been no need for sedation. About an hour after we picked her up, we noticed a huge pocket of blood above her left eye. After taking her to our vet, they were concerned about blunt force trauma to her head and also felt confident she’d been sedated. They advised we request footage since their set-up is multiple students working on multiple dogs supervised by one staff member. They told me they did not have footage. "Nothing like this has ever happened before." That’s not what I found when reading through other reviews. I felt so guilty for taking our dog there, and helpless since there isn’t anything we could do. I will say they did pay for the vet bill, but at the end of the day we were still left with a sedated, injured dog with a bad hair cut, all for the same price we usually pay our regular girl. Don’t chance it!

What a great, clean and safe place to bring your fur babies. The groomers always take such good care of all the dogs and cats that are in the salon. I would highly recommend giving this place a try, but also keep in mind this is a school and they are learning. So please be patient and kind. Suds and Nacho can’t wait to come back soon for nail trims and baths!

This place is awesome, from the friendly staff to the great cut for my Abby. Very quick to get an appointment and a genuine care for your pets. I can't believe I ever went anywhere else. The photos are before and after, I didn't get a right after photo. But it is a great cut.

I have been taking my generations of dogs to Nash for over 20+ years. Yes, there have been some mistakes made (very few), but they are students. I will keep taking all of my fur babies to Nash for many years to come! They are just as professional as any groomer in town (which, at times, I have tried but I always come back to Nash). I would give them a 10 star rating if it was provided!

The grooming was okay, but the staff—especially the students—seemed exhausted and overwhelmed. I tried to tip one of them for their hard work, but the manager wouldn’t allow it because they’re "students." The manager seemed disconnected and the whole place felt poorly managed. These workers deserve better
