Petco Grooming

Terrible experience, very slow service. My dogs arrived at 10:30 a.m. and I was told that the service would take around 3 to 5 hours, but they were only ready at 7:50 p.m. The grooming was terrible, they didn't listen to me and didn't do what I asked. My dogs looked awful and were traumatized.

Love the team! They are respectful of my dogs needs. Even Willow loves them. Not too expensive either. See y'all next time!

Ruby my dogs groomer does an incredible job takes a time with my dog which can be a pain at times she's so precise on what she does and caring and recommend her to anyone

My dog has Cushings disease and both groomers and the manager did everything to make my dog comfortable during the nail trim!

They do good unless your dog isn’t the type to sut completely still during a from. We consistently brought our 2 dogs to be groomed, bought the monthly subscription etc. They sent our dog home unfinished twice because he moved when they cut his face was the excuse. Got extreme attitude from the workers and they even tried to retaliate by double charging me on a single big bag of dog food. Don’t think it was an accident it as one bag she scanned once than hit some buttons and I was charged for 2. Was screamed at in the phone when we complained. Brought all of this to the attention of corporate and the employees lied and said we threatened them to stay out of trouble and no consequences were implemented. Managers believe workers over customers. They than blocked us from appointments and stopped our membership due to their groomers being incompetent and rude.
