They did an absolutely horrible groom, I could have just buzzed him myself! He was nervous pottied a few times as he was afraid of the blow dryer, so they felt justified charging me an exorbitant amount!! He’s just a puppy. NEVER AGAIN! Do NOT recommend. Judge for yourself, is this. professional groom?
Jan 29, 2024 my Nala was left unattended in a bathtub where she jumped out & hung herself. SHE DIED IN THEIR CARE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!! My baby suffocated to death. Groomer, Brianna, who is still employed there, was convicted of animal neglect & ordered to pay a $300 fine to the court! She never sent me a card or even a phone call. Please don't take your pets here!

I love my dogs. If you don’t want anything to happen to your dog, please do not take them here. A dog died by hanging herself because she was left unattended. The owner didn’t seem to care about the dog owner’s pain and the dog passing away. Just because it didn’t happen to you doesn’t mean it won’t happen again because of their practices.
Over the top satisfied with this service. I’ve been nervous about sending my Pom to a groomer in fear of his coat being ruined, but Brianna was extremely knowledgeable and did a spectacular job for such an affordable price. It’s relieving knowing where I’ll be taking my boy next time!
I had an incredible experience here. I found it was too easy to accidentally set an appointment with a nearby groomer accidentally. I ended up going there anyway and it was disappointing after the wonderful job Canine design did. I hope CD doesn't loose business as they were there first.
this place does good haircuts. but the experience my dog had their was horrible. she came home a completely different dog, they either neglected her badly or gave her some kind of medicine to make her act like a completely different dog after, even so she's terrified to go to any other groomer. I do not recommend this place.
