When I decided I wanted to start taking my dog to Pup Culture, one thing I really appreciated was their intake method. They provided a clear, detailed outline of their policies upfront, which made everything feel transparent and well-organized. It gave me confidence knowing exactly what to expect, from services to pricing and care procedures. The owners, Cassidy & Julia are welcoming, professional, and clearly care about both pets and their owners. Cassidy is typically who grooms my fur baby. She is so loving and sweet to my dog, who is pretty high-anxiety. My dog always comes out looking amazing—clean, well-groomed, and happy—which says A LOT about how comfortable my pup is during the process. Overall, Pup Culture Grooming truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and thorough grooming experience!

Been bringing Akira here ever since we moved to the area, and the difference has been night and day. He usually has really high anxiety with most groomers and tends to freak out, but here it’s the complete opposite. He’s always excited to see them and stays calm throughout the whole process, which says a lot. You can tell the groomers genuinely care about the dogs and take their time to make them feel comfortable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for dog groomers who truly care about your pet’s well being and treat them like their own.

I can’t say enough great things about this groomer. My dog is older now, and grooming can be stressful for him, but the team here is incredibly kind, patient, and gentle every single time. They take the extra care to make sure he’s comfortable, and it truly shows in how relaxed he is when I pick him up. It means a lot to know he’s in such good hands. They consistently do a wonderful job, and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals they work with—not just getting the job done, but making it a positive experience. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, compassionate place—especially if you have a senior dog—this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE I was quoted $70 for my dog’s grooming. When I dropped her off, I was told there would be an extra charge—but no one said it would be an additional $25. Charging $95 at pickup without clearly stating that upfront is misleading, period. But the pricing wasn’t even the worst part. The groomer was incredibly unprofessional and immediately started making rude, judgmental comments about my dog being in "poor condition," which was completely untrue. Instead of acting like a professional, she was disrespectful and accusatory from the start. Then, instead of handling things like a normal business, she escalated the situation to the point of calling the police.When the cops arrived he said this is absolutely ridiculous and couldn’t believe that she called the cops. Completely unnecessary, over the top, and honestly ridiculous. This was hands down one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Between the lack of transparency, the attitude, and how wildly this was handled, I wouldn’t trust this place with my dog again under any circumstances. Love Julia and her team! Have been taking my two anxious doggies to her for over a year and when one of them passed she was so sweet and kind. When I asked for a "puppy face" look we used to always get weird long faces that were uneven. Julia actually listens and does a great job shaping their face. You may find cheaper dog grooming elsewhere but I promise it won’t be this type of quality, care and results. We always love how our pups look at the end. And love supporting a small local business!

A member of my family suggested this Pet Salon to me when my older dog was really in need of a lot of work. She’s older and always seemed, nervous at her groomer she had gone to for 10 years! She has been there twice now and each time she looks like a puppy and has no fear being dropped off there! Plus I don’t have to leave her for half the day. It’s super clean and the groomers know what they’re doing. I would for sure recommend Cass if you’re looking for a new groomer.

It’s so nice when my dog enjoys going to the groomer. I let go of the leash and he just trots to the back which is not often the case for daycare or previous groomers. They also give the cutest bandanas and send me very cute photos of him.
