Vanity Fur

Double charged my card, however they did take care of it right away. I did have a wait a couple days for the funds to go back in my bank. I feel like he looked a little bit better than when I dropped him off, but not much. They did do a good job on his feet getting the feathers out from his toes they clipped his nails, which is what I asked for, but I asked for a thorough brushing, and he still had a lot of loose fur on him and didn’t look brushed at all, when he got home and his coat, overall, looked exactly the same as it did when I dropped him off. Update: two days after groom, my dog got his lower fang caught in a mat that was left on his chest, poor thing spent all night with his jaw stuck open and had saliva all over his chest. Haven’t heard back on this. Update: texted and they had me bring him back in and thoroughly brushed him out. He looks much better, I did adjust my stars to reflect that, but having another hour on the road to have them do what should have been done initially, I was still not thrilled, especially with fuel prices where they are. I honestly would not recommend this place to people I know, however they did eventually make it right in the end so I can’t tell people not to go there either. Hope this review helps.

Vanity Fur in Lincoln is awesome. I take my dog Shredder there and he’s an Aussie mix with a ton of energy, so I really appreciate how patient and great they are with him. They do a great job every time and he always comes back looking clean, fresh, and well groomed. The staff is friendly, professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs. Highly recommend Vanity Fur if you want a groomer you can trust.

This was my first time at Vanity Fur and we had the best experience with Grace! This was my puppy Shredder’s second grooming experience, and the entire process was easy and reassuring. They asked specific questions about the cut and grooming we wanted and followed everything perfectly. I prefer to keep my puppy’s hair a little longer, and Grace gave me exactly what I asked for. I doubt Shredder is the easiest puppy to groom, but he came home happy, comfortable, and looking amazing with the exact cut I wanted. He usually gets dry skin after baths, but I haven’t noticed any itching or flaking at all, which is incredible. The salon is super clean and cute, and you can see the grooming area in the back. Vanity Fur will definitely be our permanent grooming spot now!

The staff at vanity fur is great. You can tell they care about the dogs and their needs. I have a timid dog, a high energy dog, and a giant dog. They can handle all of it and they do a great job. Can't recommend enough.

I've been taking my skittish, deaf dog here for a few years now and they do a great job with her! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great first grooming experience with Rachel for our Aussie mix! She listened to what we wanted and executed it perfectly! Plus, they have super fast service which means he can be picked up sooner and not be stressed in a kennel. We appreciate the awesome service and great communication-we are already booked back!

I've been going for a few years while under the new ownership only. From day one I was skeptical. But I gave them a chance. Almost always getting a different groomer every time. Always excuses. My last appointment I made during the workday because I was promised both dogs with two groomers. When I showed up they told me I only have one groomer and the other quit. No prior phone calls to reschedule, no discount, really no customer service. Driving away I google their website and see they are hiring and encouraging people with a criminal record to apply. That was tough to read! My dogs are my family. And they preach they are 5 ⭐. To date my service was never 5⭐.
