Bath-Bed-N-Board

Worst experience in my dog's life. We gave instructions to specifically give him a trim AND DO NOT SHAVE HIM when we dropped him off and also left our number in case there was anything that they needed to ask. After coming back our dog was bare skinned all over his body. He also had burn marks under his belly. I asked him why he didn't use the guard we asked him to and his response was that you couldn't tell he was cut. He did not one bit follow our instructions and did not call to ask if we wanted something different. Overall my experience was horrible and would not suggest going to this place at all. Surprised this place is still in business.

My poor sweet pup was basically abuse by this crazy old man three weeks ago. If I had not been there who knows what would happen to her. He gashed her ear so deep it's still healing....when she cried the guy yelled "Suck it up". I should have grabbed her and left but thought for surely it would get better, but it didn't. He was filing her nails and she yelled again and he said she was acting out. I said no it's probably hot. So, I blew on her nails as he ground them down. He said "well she'll forget this but you won't". This guy needs to be shut down, but AR doesn't regulate groomers so there was nothing that can be done other than getting the word out about him. His late wife was great would would be so sad to see what he has done to her business she slaved over for years.

The elderly man who owns/grooms the animals done a horrible job both of my dogs a shitzu and a colli mix looked like a chop shop uneven cut lines, I wouldn't take my dogs here if I you, on a different note, they are cheap but now I know why

This guy does not know one thing about grooming dogs at all he butchered mine like it was the first time he ever did one. Bad place for dogs!!!!
