Woof Happy Tales is a magical place. The level of care that they provide our dogs is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. We have a *very* anxious dog, who almost never likes new people, but he bounds out of the car and runs towards the door whenever we take him for a bath or for boarding. The owner is essentially family to us now. In fact, when our aforementioned, anxious dog was lost for over a week, she helped us search for him, gong to local animal shelters every day to see if he'd been picked up. There are good businesses, run by good people, and then there is Woof Happy Tails. I will be a life long customer, and want to do everything I can to tell the world what a wonderful place this is!

BE CAREFUL!!!!!! I took my fur baby to get his spring haircut he came back with 2 wounds. I was never contacted about what happened, I was contacted by the owner saying your baby is ready. I shocked and furious when I went to pick him up. She applied a liquid bandage to stop the bleeding in both places. The owners took no accountability for her actions she gave me two different excuses and offered half off my next grooming. I will never go back and I suggest you find another groomer

I’m truly impressed with the service they really take the time to ensure everything is done right and you can tell they genuinely care. I recently brought in my dog, Athena and Mia and I have to say, both Mia and Athena were happy with the experience. I couldn’t be more satisfied

Workers were really nice. We came in as a walk in. I wish the groomer could’ve done a better job since I paid 70$ Kobie is a Yorkie Poo and was cut on the back of his leg, I guess she meant to cut him on his tummy. I won’t be back. But it’s a very nice area. Comment update; the owner of the store didn’t let me know kobie was cut, when I picked him up. I didn’t even know he was cut till I got home. I even tip the owner 20$, IM already in the process of disputing the charge because of bad service and now the lies that are being put on here. I was going to give this location another chance, but if you can own up to what you did because you received a bad review. You don’t need my business. kobie definitely left with that messed up cut on his leg, and I was not informed. Even the lady at the front desk didn’t let me know.

I just picked my Louie up from our vacation and she took wonderful care of our Shitzu Louie!!! He made new friends, had a bath and a full spa experience. She always takes good care of our boy but it was our first time using her to board him. I highly recommend if you need a groomer or a safe place to leave your pet to travel

One of the best dog grooming salons here in Arkansas. The owner and her staff are amazing. I just LoveLove this place. I totally recommend them!❤️❤️❤️

The first time I took my furbaby I was soooo satisfied!! He looked EXCELLENT!! This time his hair was butchered, all the hair (from a Pekinese might I add ) tail was completely GONE! They said my baby had fleas but NONE of my other animals do…. The price literally DOUBLED and ever since I brought my BLIND baby home he has been chewing his tail so much so he is bleeding… so now we have to go to the vet as well… just a nightmare this time. I do not understand why parts still have hair and then his tail has absolutely none… and idk what they put on him to make him chew at his tail but he is just miserable. 😭 I waited a few days and tried to let it go but this is just terrible. 😢 I’m so beyond words disappointed!! I reallllly wanted this to be our regular groomer because I THOUGHT the owner was a very nice lady… but to say my babe has fleas and EXAGGERATE how they were just so bad and that is why we were charged the extra $35 for flea and tick treatment and then I have my other animals checked and they don’t have a flea one makes ZERO sense to me! Never will we be back. So disappointed traumatized from this experience!!
