🥰🐶💇🏼‍♀️We can’t say enough wonderful things about Erica & Once Upon A Dog LLC! She is incredibly patient, compassionate, and skilled with every one of our pups. When our sweet Abby (RIP🌈) began losing strength in her hind legs and became incontinent, Erica went above and beyond to make sure she still felt clean, comfortable, and cared for. From gentle baths to blow-dries and those much-needed sanitary trims, Erica made a tough time easier with her kind heart and expert touch. 💜 She’s also been fantastic with all of our dogs over the years—and somehow just as amazing with our tiniest family member, Mini Cooper, who weighs a grand total of 3 pounds! 👍🏼👍🏼🐩🐕 Whether you’ve got a gentle giant or a tiny tornado, we highly recommend Erica for all of your grooming needs. You and your pups will be in the best hands!

Amazing service and the results speak for themselves. Groomer was excellent with Xena, in fact, she didn't want to leave after the grooming session!! Extra kudos for the cool looking flower pin that she was adorned with after grooming was complete. Also, very affordable, but make sure you schedule early as they book up quick!

Sonny LOVES going to Once Upon A Dog. They do such a great job and all the staff are so friendly. Sonny is a little nervous around strangers and their calm and nurturing nature was the perfect environment for him to thrive and get a beautiful freshen up!

Brought my 1 year old German Shepherd here for the first time to get groomed and Erica did a PHENOMENAL job!! He had a bath, his nails clipped and his ears and teeth cleaned. He’s never looked better! Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their dog looking the best they’ve ever looked.

I was in New York for an extended period of time and had my dog with me. She was in desperate need of a groom and brush out. I was given Megan's (Aunt Meg) name. She was absolutely excellent. My golden never looked so good !! Plus, I don't know what shampoo she used, but she still smells wonderful 2 weeks out. Highly recommend this groomer/salon.
