Amy has handled grooming for our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for most of his life. He just turned 11. He does not love coming to be pampered, but Amy has always been great about getting him in and out quickly. She sends me updates when he’s close to done so I can start heading over to grab him so he doesn’t wait long. I appreciate the great job and communication!

Amy at Artistic Pets has been grooming our babies for a number of years. She is amazing. Even our dogs who hate going to the groomer, are so much more comfortable here and it takes alot of the stress out of our visits! Thank you Artistic Pets for being amazing.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not only did they BOTCH my dogs, the cut was completely uneven. The cut is terrible and constantly uneven and sloppy. They look awful. Do not go here.

Best groomers ever!!! Amy is amazing and cares greatly for my fur babies. I am very happy here and would recommend her to anyone.

Have been very happy every time I have gone here! Sharol is great with my little dogs even though they are naughty! She shows a lot of patience and understanding!

I tookie my Yorkie Poo here for the second time. The first was in November for his first puppy cut. This time, he had a few... I repeat a FEW small spots that needed to be shaved since they were a bit matted, but this lady went crazy and shaved him down to the point where he looks like a damn chihuahua or an unknown breed. I didn't say anything when I was there because what could she do? Glue the hair back in place. I'm so upset. He did not need to be shaved down as much as he was. There was no way I was leaving a tip for that! I don't know if I'll be back, waste of money. Also, they need an actual websit because I'm not sure what that is and I was told they would call me when he's ready but they ONLY text and it's easy to miss. Edit to my first review: There was NO significant matting and still unnecessary that he was basically skinned. There was no amount of matting that required my dog to be skinned the way he was.

I’ve been taking my 2 dogs here for almost two years, they did a horrible job on grooming my dogs, they cut him too short, he was bleeding from his nails from how short they cut his nails, uneven cuts on both of him. I will definitely not come back to them.
