I would give Posh Pup a 10 star if they were available. My dog Arthur has been going there for a while now and Kristine is the best. Before and after 🐶🥰🤎🤍

We have taken our dog Zoey for grooming for a few years. This last year we have had a number of issues. Biggest one is (apparently) shampoo or other chemical in her eyes. This time has been the worse. Both eyes flame red, watering and she prefers to lay with her eyes closed. She can see when she walks, but who knows how well! We have put drops in her eyes which has helped. Last two times it took a couple days for Zoey to stop rubbing her eyes. That was one eye each time. This time it's both. We will be at our vet if this is not continually improving the next 24 hours. One time is an oops, multiple times is incompetence. We will not be returning to Posh Pets grooming any longer. We will be at our vets on Monday to insure Zoey is OK. Absolutely no longer recommend this groomer! Update. I did talk about Zoey's eyes with Christine the first time this happened, after years of grooming Zoey. The discussion was Christine apologizing for getting soap in Zoey's eye. Never a discussion about water. That's just ridiculous.

I brought my mom’s two boxer mixes in today. It was my first time bringing them myself and I made a few mistakes such as forgetting the harness for them. They’re not very well behaved, yet the staff did an amazing job. When one of the dogs got scared mid-nail trim, I looked at the back and saw the trimmer cuddling my dog to calm her down. She is definitely in the right line of work and her patience was SO appreciated. They were not able to do all paws on one of the dogs due to how fussy he was. They offered me a partial refund for that but since they did such an amazing job besides that issue, I declined the money back and had them add it to the tip.

all the girls were super friendly and sweet, i walked in and three of their workers greeted us! my dogs are 70 and 95 pounds, the pups were taken back immediately while the receptionist cashed me out! i was in and out, which i strongly appreciate as my dogs HATE getting their nails trimmed and i’m just a female with anxiety(-: we will definitely be back and will be recommending everyone!

I took my dog in for a full grooming. They had estimated 3-4 hours, which was perfectly reasonable, and he was done in 2. No drama, and he's as clean as a whistle. These girls are amazing and i'm definitely returning.

Just WONDERFUL! Thank you guys for not only taking my walk in, but also loving my very anxious big boy. You guys took such good care of him, to the point where it truly warmed my heart and made my entire week. I didn't expect the level of quality service that I received with him. I sincerely love you guys and so does my fur son. We WILL be back for more nail trimmings because I know that with this business, he is in the BEST of hands. 💜🐶

The prices are great and they have such skill with load mouths... My Hella fun Black Shepard... She hallored the entire time like she was going to die ... They managed and Hella came out just the same as went in... Minus nails SHORTER THANK GOD
