Amazing service ,they definitely are professionals and know what they’re doing. It is very hard to find a grooming store that actually cares about animals. All the food they sell for dogs is also very high-quality. You won’t find harmful ingredients for your dog. Definitely my new spot. Very satisfied with Colbys haircut. I’d rather spend my money here than Petco!

used to love this place... would take my poodle here multiple times, and I had no complaints. most recent time my dog was too scared to even walk into the shop, I was so confused as my dog is the friendliest. when i got my dog back there were multiple cuts/ razor burns all over the private areas and belly. no one even bothered to tell me! i didnt notice till I got home. my dog was also so depressed/sad when they got home. now i have to have a cone around my dogs head so my dog they can heal and my dog wont lick the burns. so sad and unprofessional.. not coming back.

Never thought I could get my German shepherd groomed. He is anxious and a nightmare to bring to vets. But somehow the groomers here were able to pull it off! And did an excellent job! Now he's so clean his first real bath since he was a puppy. They cleaned his ears and cut his nails. I couldn't be happier. The guy in the front was very friendly and made max feel happy about being there. Now I know we have a place to bring him in the future to get groomed! 😁 Excellent service, and extremely friendly staff that clearly love dogs! A+++

I have been going to this shop for several years now, and I am so happy with the care that my dog receives! He is admittedly very hyper and difficult to take to a vet, but I have found that this place takes care of him best. The atmosphere is amazing, thanks to the kind personalities of all the workers. He has not had one haircut that I did not like.

Spoke to the owner explained how my dog keeps getting ear infections but it just dosent make sense… she’s never gotten an ear infection from another groomer I’ve taken her to… yes I get you should consistently groom your dog but I’ve had her on the same schedule when I lived in south jersey never got an ear infection… it tried 3 times here because 1st time mabye it’s her second mabye it’s me but a third time you guys are doing something wrong…. Just putting cotton balls in ears aren’t enough…. There’s no reason my dog should have an ear infection and now on top of grooming I’m spending money for vet visits…. They were good idk what happened I want to go back but I just can’t…. Gotta do better two bottles now I have to spend another 40… the man that was there was angry at me and had a few choice words and if you talk to a human like that how do you treat animals? questionable…

This was my first time taking my dog to a new groomer and let me just say, it was 100% worth it. They attended her super nicely and the wait wasn’t that long compared to other groomers. Once I picked her up I could not stop smiling. She looked so cute and amazing! The little bow topped it off for me. The groomers were also very friendly and nice. 10/10, this is the place I will always take my dog to!!

I took my rescue dog for the first time, after been referred by Maywood Vet Clinic. Since we live nearby, we decided to make an appointment, just to realize that turn in disappointment. The mother and the daughter were very rude, didn't even replied when we greeted them. Definitely we didn't get a warm reception, they gave us the silent treatment, and they gave us an attitude. They canceled my Yorkie grooming stating that he was too nervous, and they ended up playing Vets, prescribing my dog with Trazodone. My dog is eight years, and he had many grooming over the past. We decided to go to The Grooming Shoppe because of the reasonable price advertised, and we really wanted to take advantage of the 20% coupon for first time customers. Except for the young lady who seems to be a helper, the owner and daughter need some Human Relations Classes, and start embracing diversity, otherwise is just a buying time business! I want to assume that it was a Saturday, the end of the week, and almost the end of the day; and they were tired and exhausted. I
