Took my two pups in and i LOVED IT. Not only did my pups receive amazing treatment, i got information on shampoo and skin treatments/oils for my oldest pup who has always struggled with his sensitive skin. Both Alex and Maddie were super sweet, patient and gentle with my two nervous boys. They talked them through it and gave them lots of loving and praise which made me so happy. Definitely coming back!

I enjoyed coming here until today. I had booked an appointment for my dogs, and even stated in the notes that it was for 2 dogs. No one reached out to me prior the appointment to let me know it was booked incorrectly. I walked in with my girls and I was greeted with "what’s going on here, what are we doing?" As a facility who uses a scheduling system, I would think that they knew what their day looked like. I didn’t feel welcomed as I walked in like before. I understand that there was only time for one of my girls, just wish someone would have reached out to me and we could have found a solution. I just inherited these girls and they desperately needed to be groomed and I waited an entire week for them to be groomed… Thankful that at least one of them got groomed. The groomer also nicked my dog on her snout and didn’t tell me, I saw it after I picked her up. I won’t be coming back here again… It just made me feel like my business wasn’t appreciated. Few days later, coming back to add: My dog’s nails weren’t done. I asked for a FULL groom. I specifically told the groomer to do whatever she thought my dog needed!!!! I can’t explain how upset it makes me to look at my dog and think that a groomer who is supposed to help dogs feel good couldn’t even do that for my girl! I can look past the uneven shave, but not doing a dog’s nails is just cruel…

Think I've finally found my permanent groomer. Alex is amazing. He listened to me and did exactly what I asked. I'm so happy that I'm telling everyone about this shop. It's adorable and everyone is so nice.

We’ve been coming here since January 2024, and I honestly can’t recommend this place enough! Both of my big pups; a 90lb German Shepherd/Bernese Mountain Dog mix and my 6-month-old German Shepherd mix; absolutely adore Aaron and the team. My younger one is usually cautious with new people, but she’s a total cuddle bug with him, which says a lot about how kind and patient he is. The staff always take their time, really listen to what the dogs need, and pay attention to all the little details. They’re knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely care. My dogs always come out looking perfect; soft, fluffy, lighter, smelling amazing, and with the cutest little embellishments that match their personalities. 🐾 I’ve had groomers in the past who made my dogs anxious or rushed, but never here. The vibe is always friendly, the prices are fair, and the results are consistently amazing. They even remember my pups by name, which makes it feel extra personal. If you’re looking for a groomer who truly loves what they do and treats your dogs like family, this is the place!

I am satisfied with the job Aaron did on my chi mix. I think he’s the first groomer to properly express my dogs anal glands, (he told me it was full) and previously groomer said there was nothing which I found hard to believe since vet said she will need it expressed more often due to breed. As a result she hasn’t been licking her butt anymore and breath doesn’t smell like fish from licking it constantly. (Gross I know) and the de shedding bath and groom actually reduced shedding significantly . She felt a lot softer and overall better groomed than my previous grommers experience. I felt overall they gave me what I was looking for less shedding and she doesn’t smell from full anal glands and bad breath. I’ll be back. Love the bandana they gave her.
