I called two days in advance to get my dog a cut scheduled. They are the only ones that had time to squeeze me in for a Friday. I had a 7:30 appointment. I arrived and they were all very nice. It’s a cute grooming spot and you can tell they love what they do. They asked if I needed him back by a certain time and I said no. At around 2, I called to get a status and they were barely starting on my dog. That made me a little uneasy but I guess that’s why they asked if I needed him by a certain time. I just didn’t expect my dog to have to wait over 6 hours in an unfamiliar place like that. I wondered if her was lonely, scared, or had water. When they were finally done at 4. It took me about 35 minutes to arrived. I made sure to ask them the questions regarding what made me feel uneasy. They answered all professionally and assured me that he was well take care of and had water to drink. His nails could have been clipped but all and all, they didn’t an amazing job. I believe it was Katie that groomed him and Amber that was very nice and answered my questions. I could have that backwards though. 🤫 My dog was so happy and they even gave him a green handkerchief. It was so adorable and looked way better thank he did on arrival. I definitely recommend this place. Especially for long haired pups.

VERY sweet ladies, they did a FANTASTIC job with my fur baby. We will definitely be repeat customers, we have found our new forever groomers. Great prices, wonderful service, we highly recommend!

My mom took both of her dogs to get groomed today October 8, 2021 and all she asked for was for them to be bathed and to have their nails trimmed. This is how Duke, her German Shepherd mix came out. She was very upset as she NEVER asked for him to be shaved, and he’s NOT a long haired dog. They didn’t even make his tail straight, it looks so bad, not to mention a usual $90 groom for both dogs ended up costing $175. She will NOT be returning, and I recommend taking your pups somewhere else, when asked why they did this the lady working had no response.

Our standard poodle absolutely loves Bri and is so beautiful when we pick her up. Thank you for loving our girl.

Very satisfied Baby my schnauzer is 13 years old she was treated like a puppy. She wasn't tired she played with her sister when she got home.
