Worse place ever. Took my baby dog here and this is what they did to my precious baby. then when I confronted them about it they call you lier saying that the dog was not calm,and that they didnt sent them like that. The face trim was horrible as you can see. Had big whole under his mouth Nd lots of bunches with lots of long hair.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Cute small groomers - I had two dogs groomed. I’ve read reviews about the wait time and I honestly wasn’t worried about that because they’re a small business, I knew they would be there a while. They were very busy and it has been a while since my doodle has been groomed due to her regular groomer shutting down due to the pandemic. The staff was friendly, but for what we paid the overall quality of the groom wasn’t up to par. I give them 4 stars because at the end of the day, my dogs were safe, weren’t returned hurt, and they did an ok job with what I gave them. I’m not lost on the hardships of grooming and I’m so grateful this establishment was open for us and provided us with service.

The people are Really nice..I took my small dog For haircut The whole works. I was the First one through the door. 9 hours later they still wasn't done. I kept calling. No answer. When I got there They only had gave my dog a Shower. I took my dog and left. They told me that next time they will do a Better job. I gave them several chances . They always disappointed. They always over book..It seems like they care more about the money then the animal. I would not recommend them to anybody

Great people! I couldn’t stand my Afghan’s hair. It was long and stinky!! It took all day to wash and blow dry. And hours of brushing and combing. The next day he laid in some thing and the mats were all back! Well, now he looks adorable with no hair, and he feels so much better! So today we took our standard poodle for the same treatment.. We are looking forward to seeing him.! Thank you for taking your time with him. I really appreciate that! We will be back.

I called to ask if they had tim for my dogs appointment . They said yes. , I Gave them my dog around their opening time and they gave him back at closing time , not only did they leave my dog with patches of uneven hair all over his chest area and paws , they need to be more honest and only do what they can handle because id rather do a good job the first time so I can make sure my customer comes back but its not the case for Bubbly Sad noses and Tails

I'm never taking my dog here again. My dog came back with fleas. Her ear was cut when I picked her up, once. The customer service is alright but not great, but at least she comes back clean and groomed.

They locked my special needs dog inside alone for god knows how long because I was late picking her up. I called the lady working and asked them what time they close and the answer they gave me was "when the last client leaves." I was in school at the time, so my bf was picking her up and he was in an accident so I had to take a bus from wilshire to pico and when I got there everything was dark and locked. I banged and banged. The upstairs neighbor were the cleaners and called them they eventually came and acted like it was normal practice. I’m never going back there again! I’d rather trim my own Pomeranian!
