Dragon in Gaecheon Pet Grooming

The groomer is amazing! She made my Mia look super fresh, clean, and beautiful 🤩. My dog smells amazing. I will definitely be coming back. The package and price she gives is reasonable and great. I had errands to run and she was very reassuring and very very kind. I love the setup she has in her building, it’s very cute and great for taking pictures. She accepts card and cash. Again, she’s amazing and her work is beyond. Thank you!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Dragon at Gaecheon Pet Grooming. I brought in my toy poodle and showed her five clear photos — including the last one, with the blue bag, which shows what a properly groomed poodle looks like. Instead, she gave me back a dog who looked like a hyena. It was choppy, uneven, and so far off from what I asked for that I was honestly in shock. She had the audacity to tell me he had mats — he did not. I had just taken him and my other dog to a different groomer for a bath five days before. There is absolutely no excuse for what she did. If she isn’t trained in grooming poodles, she should’ve said so instead of butchering my dog. This is, hands down, the worst poodle grooming I have ever experienced. I’m heartbroken. Do not take your dog here.

I took my dog to this pet grooming salon, and the Korean lady who bathed and groomed him was absolutely wonderful! Unlike other groomers I’ve visited, like Petco, who often lack patience and leave my dog feeling anxious, this Korean lady was incredibly gentle and patient. She’s the only one he’s ever allowed to trim his nails without a fuss, which is a huge relief for me. Additionally, her grooming skills are top-notch; she styled his fur perfectly, especially his tail area! I couldn’t be happier. My dog didn’t want to leave the salon when I came to pick him up. Plus, the Korean lady even gave him a complimentary pack of treats. Highly recommend!

Took our 2 dogs here for the first time and it turned out to be the right choice. The owner is nice and great at her job. Will be coming here now as a regular and would recommend all family and friends as well.👍👍

It was my first time making an appointment with the groomer after getting a recommendation. She did an initial consultation before spending ample time grooming my dog. She listened to what type of style I would like which is something that I really appreciate. If you want a dog groomer, who is caring, listens well, and quick to respond for making an appointment, I would recommend this business! We will be returning soon🐶☺️
