I have been waiting to get my little one in to JRG Salon for sometime. We were thrilled to finally make an appointment and Lily was just amazing! My little girl looks like a plush toy! Her paws are rounded beautiful and her little face is just perfect! She doesn’t have a hair out of place anywhere on her!! Lily THANK YOU!!! It was everything we were hoping for! I absolutely adore everyone who works at Jess Rona Grooming! My dog has been going there since he was 6 months old, and he has blossomed so much and always leaves there smelling so good. He has no right to smell that good, frankly. He smells better than most people. They always add cute touches like a collar or bow and it’s been nice to have a solid hygiene routine for him by world class dog groomers. The vibes are excellent and I recommend the salon to every single pet owner I know. Run don’t walk!!! 🐾

Everything about this place is amazing. It starts from when you book your appointment online, simple and easy to understand, that’s the operation part. The next part is when you drop your pooch off, reception is always welcoming and super friendly all the dogs there seem very happy and I love that they’re not put in cages. Next the part that really matters, the love they give and the styling they do! I don’t have enough nice things to say. Oscar has never looked cuter. I didn’t think that was possible, we joke that when he comes back, he looks like he stopped drinking and got his life in together

Absolutely phenomenal! My sister took her pup there and she smells great, looks great, and non stop zoomies! We are also loving the new groomer there. Shes such a ray of sunshine. Thank you all!

Jess Rona and her team deliver 110/100 every..single...time. Even weeks after her groom, my baby Stella, looks incredible and her hair grows in so beautifully, that even though her hair is long, she looks so cute and not haggard. I've been bringing Stella to Jess for over a year now and every single time she and her team are timely, professional, and haven't disappointed a single time. Their customer service is top notch, for human and pup. The advice and tips Jess has offered to keep Stella looking immaculate is priceless. Bailey is just the best and so helpful always. Since Stella is turning 15, I know my senior pup is being handled with the utmost care and precision each and every single time. She is not experiencing undo stress like other dogs do at other grooming facilities, and I am not experiencing stress worried that my baby is unnecessarily stressed. The way Stella looks is worth every single penny each time.
