Moon Shine Grooming & Pet Wash

My German Shepherd Zara is not a big fan of baths or dog washes but she was a trooper today- we used the self wash station and it was extremely convenient having everything provided by the staff (shampoo, conditioner, brushes, towels, apron etc). Amazing setup having the wash hose and dryer all in one tub. The staff was super helpful and friendly and we had a great experience! In shop music was also great while going through the wash process! Great price for everything they provide! I’ve done a few different dog washing sites and this one was by far the smoothest and best setup! Thank you!!

I visit the Urban Pet regularly for the last few years with my dog. We recently used Moon Shine for grooming for the first time after our groomer closed shop. Tonight I took my dog to Urban Pet to get treats and he CRIED at the entrance to the groomer because I would not open the door so he could go in there. He is 7 years old and this is the third time in his life that he has been upset enough to cry about something. They did a good job with his bath and haircut. He is a Pekingese and he was partially matted after a day in water and had an injury on his tail as well. I figured his grooming appointment was unpleasant for him that day but of course still necessary and I was happy with the job they did but I am REALLY amazed by how eager he is to return to visit them. Very sweet.

Shoutout to Moonshine Grooming/The Urban Pet. Recommended by a neighbor who happens to be a dog trainer. I was just a kid when I last had a pet. (Family Dog) so I had to learn how to properly care for a pet including grooming. Long Story short! The Staff is Super Friendly and attentive. Easy to schedule appointments. Reasonable prices. I thought it would be good to consistently have the same groomer work on our dog "Lucky" That's where Anna (Groomer) comes into the picture. She's Great! Really Nice, Top tier grooming skills!!! ..... more importantly my wife loves the way Lucky comes home after a session. Ask for Anna and schedule an appointment with her. You won't be disappointed!! I felt at ease leaving our dog there and felt like he's around good people-and in good hands.

Loveee how well they treated our dog + how well they groomed her. You can tell the people who work here enjoy their work. From the get-go everyone was so friendly. Zada did a wonderful job with Luna’s cut. We love her work! I’m happy we’ve found the perfect place to take Luna moving forward 🫶

I wanna give a big shout out to the groomers here especially Ana. She does an amazing job with our family dog Chewy. I have been taking him here for the past year and have nothing but great things to say. She is timely, efficient and always treats my pup well. Thank you again!

Ana and the moon shine staff are great! The day after my Goldens first bath he pulled me back to moon shine to say hi, he loved them so much. He always prances out looking and smelling his best. He gets a deep conditioning bath and it takes less than an hour and a half. I’d highly recommend their services!

Ana is the best! She’s been grooming my German shepherd / husky mix Rey for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with her work. Rey always comes back looking fresh, smelling great, and super happy. Plus I love the bandanas they put on him at the end. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with, and that makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a great groomer, I highly recommend her. Also they are fast so if you don’t like waiting 3-4 hours for your dog to be washed / groomed this is the place to go.
