5/5 location, friendly staff and stock of pet essentials! They do a lot with the space they have. Doggy grooming services are offered in back and the store is home to one of the cutest jumping doggies I’ve seen! I came here on a last minute emergency to get cat carriers and the staff were so kind and helpful and calm and collected as I panick-FaceTime-called my significant other and let her describe which carrier she wanted. The shop keeper was very patient, seeing as there was no warning of me stumbling in snapping photos for this review…😅🤣😏

Absolutely one of the worst places on earth, I wouldn’t trust my dying dog here, they don’t speak English. They’re extremely rude and their entire place smells of urine., animal urine. I suggest you go anywhere else. Far far away.

Just took my doggie Niece there for a shampoo and nail clip and she came back smelling and looking like a New dog! The price was very good as well! Definitely recommending and coming back!

First time visiting. Did a great job tidying the face of my cockapoo Oliver! His post-groom cuteness went beyond our expectation. Shop manager was nice. They were also able to accommodate us on the same day before the holiday which was a plus.

They did really good job!! Extremely happy with their services! The groomer put a tiny hair pin after grooming service (for freeeeee) 🙂 They took a good care of my pup 🐶 Also the staffs were really nice. I will definitely come back again! The price was reasonable 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

And they call us at 6:17and we We’re running some errands and We arrive that they’re around seven they close at seven and the waited for us at 7:15 it is the Best Customer service great five stars
