i’ve been bringing my cavalier Scarlet here for 3 years (complete grooming) and i highly recommend this groomer! everyone is so thoughtful and professional. my girl is always at ease when i pick her up, the timing is efficient (other groomers seem to hold onto my pup all day!?), and the team communicates well. thank you always for a high-quality experience.

They do a great job and give my golden doodle the best haircuts!!

Apparently under new management and now a haircut and bath is $135 before tip. My dog is a terroir mix less than 20 lbs and I’ve been bringing her to Pet Joy since 2022. Never going back.

My 6-month-old goldendoodle puppy had his first haircut here today. Nieshae (groomer) did an incredible job with him and made him look like a fresh little cupcake! Dami (receptionist) was so kind and understanding about his separation anxiety so let him hang out by reception instead of going in the kennels. She also made sure to book him at a quieter time to minimize stress. I really appreciated the extra care and attention!

The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took great care of my pups, making sure they were comfortable and happy throughout the entire visit. Whitey and Fluffy came out looking absolutely adorable, smelling fresh, and feeling so soft! The attention to detail and love they put into their work is truly outstanding. The spa is clean, welcoming, and has such a calming atmosphere for pets. Highly recommend Pet Joy & Dog Spa to all pet owners! We will definitely be coming back. I find Pet Joy Boutique and Spa a wonderful place to take my dogs. They are kind and careful with my two little girls. The haircut is always what I ask for. It is a neighborhood store that I am confident and secure in leaving my beloved pets there. I have used them for many many years and will continue to do so.

I brought my cat here 3 times for his nail trimming and everything went great. Today, I tried a new groomer who cancelled on me. Mind you, I have to heavily sedate my cat to have his nails trimmed, so it's stressful enough as it is. I called Pet Joy and asked if they could take him in and they immediately said sure! I was so relieved. Thank you for being so kind, responsive, and helping me out in a pinch. I'll definitely be coming back.
