Petco Grooming

For a good experience, avoid this place. Average work, and once clipped my dog and gave him weird haircut around the face and tail, which the stylist admitted to. Worse a few times they power tripped me about taking or not taking your appointment or walk-ins. Suspect it's to do with the employees wanting to minimize their workloads. Luckily there are other branches around here.

I left my grandpup for grooming and got a call an hour later informing me that his tail was too matted for them to finish because they couldn’t shampoo it. They apparently don’t have sharp enough razors so I was advised to take him to a vet. I picked him up and took him to Eco Pet (a family owned groomer) on La Tijera and they dematted his tail and groomed him without issue. The Petco groomers were lovely and were only following company policy to avoid liability. The policy unfortunately wasted my time.

It was my fur baby's first grooming experience, and the staff pleasantly greeted me. They explained the services that my puppy would get and informed me of how he did during the grooming. The products used made my fur baby smell really well, and his fur was nice and soft. I will definitely go back.

Domino was so clean and fluffy. Thank you so much. I'm looking forward to a complete grooming for Domino. 2 more months he will be 6 months 🤍

Demarco is my little girl, Miss Celie’s groomer. He is patient, kind, remembers her name, very accommodating, a GREAT groomer!!

The groomer, Jessica at the Westchester location, explained things to me I wasn't aware of. When I saw my puppy, Charly, I was very satisfied with the job Jessica done. Happy puppy 🐶 and I am a happy fur baby mom.

As always, Jessica is fantastic. She knows what length I like my dog's hair to be cut to, and she treats my pet like she was her own.
