Petian Hollywood

My 2 Shih Tzus have been going to Petian for 3 years. They always look and smell great! The level of detail in the cut is on par with more expensive groomers we’ve gone to. I love how she styles my girl’s eyelashes! It’s true, there’s no fancy receptionist who remembers your dog’s name and birthday, but that’s why the price is a steal for the quality of work. Just bring a photo if you have specific requests. We love Petian!

Been coming here since I was in my teens. The Owner of the spot has groomed all of my cats and dogs. Do you know how many of our pets she's trimmed and washed? Now she takes wonderful care of our miniature Poodles- Pollo and Archy. She's a pro! Worth every penny ya'll! No joke.

I do not recommend this grooming place. When I picked up my dog, she was acting unusually drowsy, which was very concerning. On top of that, she had a visible cut on her face that I was not informed about. Now, the wound has become infected, and I have to take extra steps to treat it. This is completely unacceptable, and I would urge other pet owners to be cautious before bringing their pets here. Proper care and transparency should be a priority at any grooming facility, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I took my dog here once for a hair cut and they said leave him and come back in an hour. I did and I went to the restaurant next to it then was going home as I live within walking distance to the groomers. I walked by the window and my dog saw me and got excited to see me. He didn't stay still for that second and the lady grooming him hit him. She slapped him on the back so hard he jumped. I get wanting the dogs to stay still and calm down but hitting them is not okay. I haven't brought him back since and I never will. Please don't bring your pets here. If they did that while I, the owner, was there imagine how it'd be when you're not around.

My pet has been going to this groomer for over 4 years out of convenience. It close to my home and she always have quick appointments available. Weird because as long as we've been coming she still act as if she can't remember him. We go for a wash at least once a months or more. We also do cuts every 2 months. When you give her instructions on how you want him cut, she never follows. But, I've never complained because the cut is average. And, it's was conveniently located. Now, I guess the thing that got me the most is the she increased her price $15 for cuts for someone who visits regularly, and tips everytime generously. When I mentioned the increase she said nothing or act as if she even remembered that we are REGULAR customers. She can't even remember my dogs name after so many years. Never, will you see my business again PETICIAN.

I just picked up my West Highland White Terrier and it is the worst grooming I have ever seen. I do not think the groomer has any idea what a Westie looks like. The ears and tail which should be cut close are bushy. The face which should have a beard has no beard. The rest of the body which should be clipped is shaved. When I dropped him off there was another dog there who was also shaved and when I picked him up there was another dog there also shaved. The whole grooming took less than an hour and a half. It was cheap but I suspect the groomer just shaves every dog that comes in. Think twice or three timers before taking your dog here. I will never go back.
