I had a wonderful experience bringing my dog Toby here for grooming. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about my pup’s comfort. My dog came home looking amazing, smelling fresh, and seemed relaxed throughout the entire process. The groomers paid attention to the details and followed my requests perfectly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality grooming services.

I can’t say enough good things about Jin and her team at Petjoy grooming. They took such amazing care of my dogs and my brother's. From the moment we walked in, she was kind, patient, and so gentle — which means everything to us as a dog parents. Their grooming always turned out absolutely perfect — clean, fluffy, and not overdone. Our dogs came home happy, calm, and smelling incredible (which is a miracle on four legs 😂). It’s such a relief to find a groomer I completely trust and very accommodating! Professional, loving, and seriously talented. We’ve officially found our forever groomer! 🐾💖 Highly, highly recommend!

This is honestly the best grooming shop in LA!
More than anything, the owner is incredibly attentive and truly cares about each dog. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. They approached my dog gently, making sure he felt comfortable and not startled, and took the time to consult with us carefully. If you have a double-coated dog like mine, I highly recommend the Asian Fusion styling cut. It was absolutely worth it—no regrets at all. Seriously, don’t waste your money going anywhere else. The texture and shape of the fur were handled so beautifully—every detail was on point, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I was also really touched by how thoughtful they were with first-time customers. We’ve been searching for the right grooming shop for our dog for so long, and I can confidently say we’ve finally found our place. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Pet Joy has truly become a second home for my dogs, Roy and Tory. They’ve been going since they were puppies, and the warmth there still feels like a mother’s embrace. With the recent remodel, the space feels even more comforting and beautiful. Everyone treats the dogs with such genuine care that I never worry for a moment. Roy and Tory run in with excitement every time and that says everything. The prices are fair, and ever since the new owner (who has been grooming there for years) took over, the whole atmosphere has become cleaner, more luxurious, and better organized—without losing the heart! I once stepped into the back area to use a bathroom and was amazed at how spotless everything was, from the bathing stations to the resting spaces. No wonder my pups always come home fresh, happy, and smelling wonderful. Truly, the best grooming shop in the neighborhood!

My dog hadn’t had a grooming session for 6 months while I was looking for the right place. The ladies at PetJoy were very kind and attentive. I’ll be going back to them and would def recommend. Price was also really reasonable for my 18lb dog. Adding a before and after photo for comparison.

Super happy with the service. My dogs were pretty matted and they did a great job taking care of them. Very patient, gentle, and you can tell they really care about the dogs. My pups came out looking and feeling so much better. Definitely recommend! 🐾

We’ve been coming here for about 2 years. They are easy to schedule with, patient and kind to the dogs. They are also talented. I show them a picture of what I want and the do it right. My dog is almost 12 and he doesn’t like baths but they are gentle with him and he comes out great. Definitely would recommend
