Valeria is truly Toby’s forever groomer! Toby is 13 years old, and she is the only groomer who genuinely understands the style that keeps him looking young and full of life. She not only takes incredible care of him, but she also loves him, and we absolutely love her for it. Every visit, Valeria makes Toby, our long-haired Chihuahua, feel like a king and look like a puppy again! Her talent, patience, and affection shine through in everything she does. My dog is almost 13 so I’ve experienced many different groomers throughout her life. Nonetheless, I never experienced a groomer like Theo A. He genuinely seems like he loves his job. He’s so welcoming, kind, bubbly, and trusting. I always feel content and happy leaving my dog with him who has major anxiety. I know she’s safe. He does a fantastic job with my dog’s haircuts. I’m always so pleased. He’s one of the best and I appreciate him!
I tried a few places for my dog’s grooming. Almost all do not do the nail filing well. I end up getting a lot of scratches all over my body due to this. Jessica did a fabulous job grooming my dog and more importantly filing my dog nail very well. I will go on to say that it is the best grooming job my puppy had so far. — I went to the store to take my dog for a grooming appointment, I was early so I bought my dog a can of fresh food. My dog did not like it. They actually told me I don’t have to pay for it. Wow what a great customer service!

Been bringing my dog for almost 5 years and today they did a really bad job on the hair cut , incomplete cut , didn’t cut hair behind ears , didn’t cut hair on her chest , didn’t touch my dog legs it’s just a mess , I would give 0 star if I could
