This is not our usual place as we live hours away and such pity that we had the WORST NIGHTMARE experience here. AVOID AVOID AVOID. The girl workers there are very rude, and we noticed bright red BLOOD stains same day later on our dog’s blanket. This would explain why our dog was Shaking uncontrollably from trauma and PAIN which we were confused to why. NEVER NEVER TAKING OUR DOG TO THIS TRASH ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By the way, our dog never shakes after grooming and rarely shakes. We were in the area so regretfully went there. So so upset

This place was recommended to me from a friend and has great reviews so I decided to give it a try. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the service I got. I paid $70 + tip for bath and full groom for my shih tzu, and the haircut turned out HORRIBLE. Not only is that expensive to me (my last groomer was $60 for full groom), but also the hair around his mouth is so uneven I can’t believe they returned him to me looking like that. There’s almost a bald spot because the groomer cut it so short. When I got home and noticed how bad it was, I called to let them know I was disappointed. Becca (store manager) told me she called the groomer (Isaac I think?) and he said my dogs hair was so matted that he had to cut it short like that. Never in 3 years did my previous groomer do that…… it seems this groomer was just too lazy to comb out his hair…. And there weren’t any mats to begin with when I dropped him off. Becca then told me she couldn’t refund me but if I come back again she’ll only charge me for a bath. Will update this review when/if I do return.

I've been here a few times for nail clippings and every experience was good. This time I brought my dog in for a full trim and bath. I am very cautious when bringing my pup to a groomer as I've had terrible experiences in the past with other groomers, (shaving my dog when asked not to). Gonzalo at Puppy love did an AMAZING job on my dog, he's never looking so cute even when he was a puppy There's been obvious attention to detail when trimming and brushing him, Gonzalo knew how to trim Pomeranian fur without damaging it. You can tell these people love dogs as they were all smiling and playing with Oskar when I came to pick him up. I will definitely be bringing my dog here from now on.

Puppy Love was a great experience for both me and my fur baby. They wanted to know exactly what I wanted in terms of grooming, and did a great job with it. My girl is smelling as good and feeling as soft days later as when I first picked her up. Their prices were also the best in the area. We will definitely be coming back to Puppy Love for all our future grooming needs!

We needed to change from groomers so bad and Puppy Love Pet Spa exceeded all of our expectations as 1st time patrons. The cost of their services are very reasonable & affordable. Catrina and the rest of the staff were very welcoming & helpful and the groomers delivered a great job by leaving our dog looking so cute, clean and fluffy & treating it with lots of love, kindness & care; despite of our dog being so scare to go into the premises. Guys, I’ve tried a lot of groomers and Puppy Love Pet Spa is the best! They’re affordable, patient w my Aussie, and take walk-ins. Groomers are always professional and sweet to my pup. Highly recommend if you want to support small and local business!!🙌🏼

Our dogs LOVE this pet spa! I’ve taken our dogs to many groomers over the years in the different places we live & this is one of the few places that they come out happy as a lark. The prices are very reasonable. The groomers are so sweet & take suggestions well. The dogs always come out so cute & well groomed. I’m definitely so glad I found Puppy Love. They definitely treat our puppies with lots of love!
