Puppy Spa Dog Grooming

I called last minute and they were kind enough to accept my dog for a haircut. They did an amazing job in such a short amount of time! My dog looks absolutely adorable, and the price was very affordable. I will definitely be coming back.

Best dog groomers in LA!! I received so many compliments for my dogs haircut last week. They did such a good job people think she got groomed yesterday. Gove these guys a call. Friendly, affordable, and quick.

Do not go here! My puppy left with scrapes on her scalp. I paid for a 1 hour puppy package. I told the staff member she had matting in her armpits and just wanted that cut/clipper it out and for her to have a nice experience as it was her first time, he told me 1hour. I came back exactly 1 hour later and the rude older man I assume the owner tried to tell me the puppy services take 2 hours, even though my booking confirmation and staff member explicitly stated 1hr. They then told me to come back in 30/40 minutes because "they didn’t realise how many knots her coat had and were trying to brush them out". I explicitly stated she had knots and to just cut them out and not comb them when I dropped her off. It was obvious they hadn’t even started with her and were just trying to buy time. 20 minutes later she was "done", she had not had a trim except on the face, her nails were not clipped and they didn’t do a sanitary clip around her genitalia. I got home and noticed rake marks on her scalp (an area there was definitely not any knotting or matting) obvious they just rushed her through and treated her roughly. I sent photos and they offered me a weak apology and a 10% discount on my next visit. Absolutely disgusting and creepy vibes.

Just had the best experience at the Puppy spa today! The groomer did an amazing job—My fur baby looks and feels fantastic. Her coat is soft, shiny, and she’s walking around like a superstar! You can really tell she was cared for with love and skill. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants their pup pampered right! 🐾✨💕

This is the best dog groomer I’ve yet to find. They aren’t cheap, but if you’re like me & you probably love your dog close to as much as you love yourself, then this is the place you should get your little guy/gal groomed! They are incredibly empathetic. They don’t overbook, so your dog is given a great deal of attention, is significantly less scared to say the least, and they do a better job in a much faster amount of time! They all, from the super kind owner to all of those who work for him, are clearly animal lovers, which shows even by the tone of voice they use when they speak with your pup. As much as I hate taking my dog to a groomer, since I know she’s not loving it, I can affirm that at least at Puppy Spa Dog Grooming, I feel safe handing my little girl over from my arms to theirs. They’re simply one-of-a-kind and I will never take any of my animals any place else. Very highly recommended. I’d give them 10 stars if I could, because they deserve it for sure!!!

I’m not satisfied with this place. They never want to fix my dog's scissors cut the way I ask. They always prefer using the machine and give a shorter haircut. This is the third time I’ve requested this, and while I don't want it too short, my dog always ends up looking different each time.

This is super nice clean place, parking in the back, friendly staff and good deal for nail trim my dog was super happy and not stressed or anxiety. I will be back in two weeks. They gave my dog treats and now she doesn’t want to leave
