Puppy Style Pet Grooming

Don't go to this store if u want ur dogs hurt and scammed. I had a really bad experience with the Korean lady of the store. She was washing my dog and things were going well at first til her entire personality changed when I asked her to stop washing my dog. I asked her many things to stop due to her rough washing methods, and my dog was distressed. He never bites strangers til he's distressed, or being playful. Then she starts to be hostile towards me and my dog and cuts his nails when I told her not to. His nails were bleeding and were over cut.. what groomer can't cut dogs nails correctly? Mind you, I have a husky and they are always kind to anyone, he's never acted this out of his way to get away from someone like her. I asked for a full was and groom and still charged me even tho it was only a wash, she never brushed him because I was uncomfortable with her touching him. And she still got on my face and she still put her hands on me when I was be hostile in return. I tried my best to be professional and stick to what was right. I'm not the person I used to be. And I still paid 80$ for everything bc I only wanted to get out of the store for my dogs safety. Never bring your dogs here. Ever..

Ok let me respond to all these nasty comments; I've been coming here for 13 years. She specializes in PUPPY STYLE dogs; my shih tzu comes home IMMACULATE every time. If you have a giant husky, this isn't the place for you. I've been to other groomers who work on all size dogs and they were never able to achieve what she does for my small specialty dog that has hair not fur. This is the spot for more ornamental dogs. My dog loves coming here and I have had nothing but good experiences. If you have a beast of a dog go to Petco that's what it's for.

I had a bad experience in Puppy stylegrooming. When she work on the dog and somebody bring their dogfonai to cut and brush teeth , she will leave your dog and do others , she is nasty, she dorsnt want you to wait because she does her work carelessly , she is impatient. She harmed my dig . She is careless , my dog have cuts in the ear and swollen groin and my dog is limping. .its not safe to bring your dog inthis place . I brought my do to urgent care coz he is limping , he cant walk always licking the part that is hurting. She left my dog in the very high table without aupervision and taking care of another customer while im waiting and she close the door so i wont see what s happening. My poor baby cannot walk ,maybe he fell My dog is traumatized . Fir everything you do theres a consequenses. Be compassionate to animals , they are like humans who needs love and care .

worse place to go!! I ask for certisn cuts and they dont do that😡 its unsanitary with pee everywhere and my dog comes back with scratches and cuts! They dont understand what you want and always mess up eveyrthing!! not worth the money! They dont even clean ur pet good!

PLEASE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I took my dogs to get a grooming here and they went back home with SCRATCHES all over them! I trusted them with my dog and they hurt them, this is unacceptable. Please do not take your dogs here. 0/10 this place needs to get shut down ASAP

After showing pictures of my dog when groomed got result that was not even close, doesn't understand or does not care Either case worse hack job ever Totally unprofessional 😡😡😡😡
