This is the second time I’ve taken my dog to this place. I bring my fluffy-haired dog and specifically talk to the manager. A Russian lady was sitting at the front desk, so I explained to her what kind of haircut I wanted for my dog. I don’t want him cut in a way that opens his eyes or his nose area. I’d like him to have a more fluffy look, and I sent her a photo of another dog to show how I want him to look. This is a very unprofessional business; they also charged me $175, and I wasn’t happy at all. They didn’t even offer me a refund, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this place. I wasn’t happy at all. I’m also sharing his old picture, and after the grooming, you can see that it’s a very basic haircut with a razor.
I moved here from another state and was looking for a high-quality groomer nearby. This is my third time at PUPS.LA. My pup and I are really happy, and we’ve become repeat clients. Highly recommend this place! 🐶✨👍❤️
I was a bit anxious about taking buzz to another groomer since last time I took him to another one he had a bad experience and so did I. so I was a bit hesitant at first but i decided to give them a try and I can say I will be returning i definitely recommend it!! I loved the picture updates I got it gave me a peace of mind knowing he was in great hands !!

I mean, look at this treasure - absolutely LOVE it! Dasha is always extremely gentle and kind with my cute Tuna. She took care of everything: ears, nails, hair, and a treatment for the fur. This time we went for a giraffe, and this was a hit! Just how professional and well-made this looks! Definitely recommend for people who want their pets to be treated nicely in a salon with a cool design👌🏽
Omg! PUPS.LA is the best. My dog Simon is always so anxious with new places and especially if I have to leave him. I did not even get the owners name cause I was anxious too but she made him feel right at home and did not make any comments about him barking upon arrival she understood. They gave us updates when they could. He looked and smelled amazing! If you live in the neighborhood it’s hard to find a place close by. Love it here! Will be back.
