Urban Tails Pet Spa

I a first time dog owner and I am learning all about my puppy’s needs. I have to say I absolutely love this place for my baby girl’s grooming needs. They are friendly, very professional and most importantly is they treat my baby like a queen! Here are the before and after pictures of her first time there.

They always do a GREAT job with my girl. She comes out fluffy and smelling pretty every time. Very professional and clean business. They are flexible with scheduling appointments on the same day too. Kind people, they always greet me with a smile. 10/10 👍👍

Urban Tails Pet Spa did a fantastic job with our three fur babies! They looked and smelled amazing after their visit. The customer service was top-notch friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They even managed to squeeze us in for a last-minute appointment, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and a great place for pet grooming. Highly recommend! 🐾

Zulema used to own a spa in a previous location closer to me and took great care of my first love Gigi. Funny story how we met I went interviewing groomers then I met Zulema she knew how paranoid (yes I told her and am one of those people) ok I am attached and overbearing of was/am of my baby. She talked me through the process and made me more important Gigi feel so comfortable and was so sweet to my girlie. I picked her up and she was always happy. Needless to say I just adopted another girlie and had to bring her to Zulema! She moved locations but for me she is worth the drive, she has the knowledge, experience and the care needed most of all I trust her with my most precious gift! Urban tails pet spa is the place to take your best friends for a day off. As a vet assistant/ cross training and being an autistic mom it’s hard to find an appointment on same day but urban tails pet spa is always willing to help. ONLY place I take my best friends even though I bath her at home. ( Chiquis looking fresh after coming out of the spa ) ❤️🐶

Very professional groomers. Our dog loves coming here. Every time we pic her up she has a huge smile on her face. We get compliments everywhere we go because she looks great. We've tried groomers everywhere, who knew the best was right here in our hood. Thank you.

My 7 month old Pomeranian got his first haircut here and I was overjoyed with the service I received! I called ahead to make an appointment and received one within a day, the location was easily accessible and the groomer allowed me to choose what length hair I’d like for my dog. I picked him up and he looked more handsome than ever and even had a bandana on him all for a great price! I’ll definitely be coming again. Thanks so much
