Valentine’s Dog Grooming

We took our 2 pups here for the 1st time and will definitely be coming back! Details: - Appointments: Make sure to call ahead to make an appointment. At this time, they don't seem to have a long wait time for appointments, and I was able to get an appointment within 3 days for both of my dogs at the same time. - Parking: They're located in a little shopping Plaza and have a shared parking lot with the other stores. They have 1 or 2 parking spots reserved for them right in front of their store. - Personal experience: I loved that I was able to make a single appointment to bring in both of my dogs at the same time. I brought in my two friendly dogs: a young large doberman and a small senior doberman-terrier. They were not intimidated by my pups sizes and were friendly when greeting my dogs. They called me 2.5 hours later that they were ready. Even though my dogs are short haired, they do shed a lot. My senior dog is also sensitive to getting her feet touched (not aggressive, she's just really squirmy). They did a fantastic job at deshedding them and doing their nails. When we went to pick them up, my pups were happy and didn't show any signs of fear, which made me feel safe to know they were treated with care. We definitely plan on coming back!

I bring my small dog here for his nail trims regularly. They are fantastic especially since he's hard to deal with. I appreciate the groomers here so much.

I brought my pups here on Monday to get groomed by Evelyn and she did an amazing job! They looked so great and I’m beyond happy with the results. My toy golden doodle struggles with anxiety but they were so understanding and when we picked her up she was so happy and full of energy - that’s an amazing sign to me! You can tell they really care about their customers (humans and dogs!) and I would recommend this groomer to anyone.

I can't say enough great things about Valentine's! The team is incredibly kind, friendly and caring, and I always feel completely confident leaving my girl in their hands. They do an amazing job with her cuts—she gets so many compliments! Plus, she always comes back smelling fresh and looking adorable in a new bandana. I have been to Valentine's several times and they do such a great job! If I have any feedback they are happy to take it on board and change on the spot or note it for next time. My girls have never looked better!
