My golden has been getting groomed with a rainbow tail by Billy for over 4 years and she always does such a perfect job! The dye lasts so long and she always does such a great job with grooming her. My dog is the most important thing in the world to me and I know with Billy, she’s in amazing hands.

Jasmine did an amazing job with my dog! Seriously the best hair cut he's ever had. And he's usually nervous but seemed very relaxed with her! We will definitely be back!

It's extremely hard to find a groomer who knows how to hand-strip a Cairn Terrier! I absolutely found her and her name is Trri!!!!! I've been so fortunate and blessed to have my sweet little boy groomed by her and I love visiting Wag n Swag since 2024. The ladies are amazing and incredible, super friendly, super caring, super knowledgable, and super kind. There's no other place where I would trust because they know each breed with attention to details and understanding the breed's behavior. Trri always gives me a full explanation of how my little Cairn did during hand- stripping (i.e. A labor of love, three hours on the grooming table.) I love Wag n Swag and Ralph is dressed with a cute themed scarf and smells sooooo good when I pick him up! Massive thanks to Ya'll and Trri!!!!!!!!!

The team at Wag n Swag don’t just groom dogs, they love and care for them. Our Great Pyrenees actually gets excited to go to the groomer. He loves Yaneli because she and her team have taken the time and patience to earn his trust and love. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. They’re the best!

I really love this place. I used to go on the regular when I lived in Silverlake and miss it dearly. They have reasonable prices, are so affectionate with pets, and have a super clean facility. Kudos to this business - wishing it so much success!

The staff here were extremely unprofessional and clearly lack the skills expected from a grooming shop. They did not groom my dogs the way I requested at all. When I calmly asked what happened, instead of explaining politely, they immediately blamed my dogs' attitude and said there was nothing they could do. They even told me not to complain, claiming it was not their fault. I was simply trying to understand the situation, but they became very defensive and hostile toward me. With this level of grooming quality and customer service, charging $150 is honestly unbelievable. I will never return to this place again.

We’ve been bringing our pups here for 4 years now! They are both poodle mixes so they need haircuts regularly. The customer service here is incredible, and every groomer is so talented! We honestly don’t even request anyone bc we’ve never had a bad experience with anyone. Dogs are always so fresh, clean and cute 😉 I’ve also fostered a few dogs in the past and they offer a discount for your foster pups which I think is so generous.
