Washing Spot

I brought my dog here this morning to use the self-wash station and had a fantastic experience. The place is super clean, well organized, and has everything you need to make bath time easy and stress-free. Liz was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her customer service really stood out. She took the time to explain everything and made us feel very welcome. It’s so nice to find a place that truly cares about both pets and their owners. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable self-wash for your dog. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Big thanks to Liz at The Washing Spot! She was amazing with my little guy! Super friendly, professional, and made him feel totally at ease. My chaweenie got the full grooming treatment and came out looking (and smelling) great! We’ll definitely be back for his next spa day.

this place is awesome! I came in without an appointment in the afternoon so I wasn't surprised that they couldn't do a walk-in so i used the self service and then I did the add-ons for the gland expression and nail trimming. the lady was so nice that she finished drying my dog for me and even gave him a little complimentary butt and paw hair trim 😁🐶 I appreciate a business that goes above and beyond just to make their customers happy. I run a business too and this is how I treat my customers because they can always go somewhere else to spend their money and it's nice to show them that they're appreciated. thanks again, I will be back!

Both times I’ve gotten my dog groomed at The Washing Spot she has come back SO soft and silky after her grooming! 😍 It’s incredible!!! The owner Liz & her groomers take such good care of my dog and treat her like a princess. She looks amazing. Thank you, thank you!!

This experience was disappointing and then it got weird and awful. I came here because a groomer I liked was working here. She did a great job, my issue was with the owner. I took my pup here for the first time last week. She is a 35 lb aussie doodle with short fleecey hair and a longer strip on her back. I was told after the fact that all doodles are considered large dogs because of long curly hair and extra stuff, none of that applies to my dog but whatever. Anyone can have a policy. The problem is none of that was on the website. The owner was rude and dismissive when I told her she needed to have clear prices, did not take the fee off, even as a first time client. It was like a $30 not crazy but also not relevant. Anyway, I picked up my dog and was a few mins late, I was annoyed about the unlisted charges and let her know that. She replied that I was lucky she didn't charge me their $60 late fee. I looked at the website and it said the late fee was $25!!! She made all price related stuff up. If I had paid that fee I'd report them. Also my dogs harness was on upside down with the handle on the bottom for some reason. Attached are pics of my "large, longhaired, curly dog" less than a week before I went in.

Love taking my dog Ripley here!! I'm a regular so they know exactly how he likes to get groomed. Super furiendly and pretty much have last minute appointments available.

Is a dog grooming service on Sunset blvd at Silverlake. They offer good service and professionalism. Staff were nice and professional. My dog got a good service grooming. Prices were a lil bit on the high end. Overall, its a good grooming center.
