Pawfection Grooming Salon LLC

Had our very first groom today and it was excellent. We actually even tried to book two weeks ago but he had not fully healed from his neuter surgery (4 weeks out) and they very kindly said they couldn’t take him and didn’t even charge for a broken appointment. Our little guy has SO much fur to get through and he looks so special now. We got tips on how to better prepare him next time and Indy even gave kisses to the groomer on our way out (he’s not normally affectionate with men) so that spoke volumes to me. Loved that he was done in an hour and a half and didn’t have to spend the day there. We got a recommendation on how to cut him too! Consults for a dog, amazing, shows they care. Great family business and excellent service. 🥰 We will be back!

Pawtastic People! Puppy’s first trip to the groomer! I saw great things about Pawfection Grooming Salon and they ARE Pawfect! Polly did not like having her nails trimmed at the vet but she did great with Kevin and Michael! Much better results with a dremel. She was her happy-go-lucky self when I picked her up and I could tell how excited she was to look so pretty! We will be loyal pawtrons!

They do a really fantastic job. They made us feel comfortable with the whole process. This was my first time going to a groomer and my little guy needed. They provided after care steps and it was really a pleasurable experience. My little guy smelled so good for a few days maybe a week afterwards. They're family owned and ran and they care a lot for the pets they work with. Did I say it was a great experience for myself and my little guy? 😁 Easy to work with and all around good people.

Kevin and Michael are the absolutely best! Michael was so great with my sweet Willow! He prepped her so well for her photo shoot! We so recently acquired a rescue and Michael and Kevin are a wonderful and patient team who helped our newest addition feel safe. Thankful for the kind staff who work here. I will continue to trust these men who take such kind care of my animals.

Such a cute grooming salon, convenient to all-things St Matthews! The Booking process is super efficient and prices are reasonable. Our cairn terrier, Kobe had a wonderful grooming experience with Kevin - he’s smelling delicious from his blueberry facial and all spiffed up for the holidays. The before and after pictures are priceless!!

Leelee and my experiences with Kevin and Michael have been lovely. I very much appreciate that it’s an actual scheduled appointment which means she doesn’t have to be there for longer than her grooming session. Both gentlemen are friendly and communicate clearly. Kevin took extra care with Leelee and even sent her home with a new 🧸 toy. I haven’t had that happen anywhere else. I am thrilled to have found a groomer who cares as much about Leelee as I could hope for. Thanks Kevin and Michael! We’ll see you again soon. Cindy & 🐾🐾

Phenomenal experience! We were first time customers today. We brought our 6 month old Sheepadoodles and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We will be back! We sat and talked about our dogs and their coats prior to the grooming, like a consultation for a haircut! Clearly educated individuals. Absolutely wonderful things to say about the groomers, and owners. We are happy to support a local business that is professional, quality, and friendly. See you in 6 weeks!
