Dog Gone Beautiful

Furious isn’t even the word. We have been loyal customers for over two years and that has now ended. We’ve recommended them to several other families along the way and I deeply regret that. My two babies were usually tired for days after their grooming last week and we quickly realized they had been DRUGGED. One of my babies came home with a terrible rash that progressively got worse. They both had perfectly healthy skin the day they were dropped off. He’s having to be treated for a skin infection due to dirty clippers.

My dogs aren’t the smallest but they came out smelling the best! They had all kinds of sized dogs big and small even cats. Employees are so nice! And love my pets, which is so comforting!

I’ve been using this groomer for a little while now. This time will be my last. Both of my dogs came home throwing up later that evening and super low energy. One of my dogs has been yelping everytime she’s being picked up with a hurt leg & hips. Which wasn’t happening before… Ridiculous! I don’t care how busy you are to have my dogs left in that condition. Really disappointed with the services this time & to whoever treated my pups like that. Do better!

Went to, different dog groomers at the last hour, none would take my babies to be groom, last resort went to DogGone Beautiful and they went out of their way to service me. They did an excellent job.

I was referred to this place 2 years ago as only a one time visit until I found another place. I did NOT look after the first time being here! They do a great job and very understanding and caring with my baby. She has seizures and they get her done first thing in the morning and I always request the bare minimum due to the seizures and she never looks like they do the bare minimum! I highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you Dog Gone Beautiful for taking care of my baby! 🤍

I’ve never left a review for anything, much less a bad review, but I just can’t believe I paid $97 for this. I dropped my dog off at 10 am and didn’t get him back until 3 pm (which I know is common for husky’s). After I got home I realized how bad his groom was and immediately took photos and called asking for at least a partial refund. All I got in response is that I was rushing them (I came in at 1:45 and was told he was waiting to get dried so I left), my dog "just has a lot of hair", and basically that it’s my fault my dog looks bad. I’m extremely disappointed with the knots in my dogs hair, awful hair cut (the parts they actually did cut), and even the smell of my dog. Overall awful experience, definitely DONT bring your dog here.

kind staff… however, took quite a while to get my dog groomed and i don’t know how long my pup was sitting in a cage with multiple dogs in one cage before i was actually called to pick him up. he came home very skiddish and kind of stinky to be honest…
