Heidi's Groom Room

Heidi did a fantastic job. I got my 4 month old mini schnauzer puppy an appointment with her within two weeks, and he looks so good after a full bath and haircut. She wasn’t able to completely finish trimming his face because I had to pick him up early, but she told me to come in the next day so she could finish the job. I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes while she finished and witnessed how well she interacted with him. She has rates that are competitive with Petsmart and Petco (she comes from years of experience with a large pet store grooming service), but I’d also much rather pay a few extra bucks to support her small business than take him to a place that (maybe) doesn’t treat their groomers—or the dogs they groom—so well.

We moved to Virginia from out of state and we were very nervous about finding a good groomer and boarder because our dog is skittish, but Heidi took very good care of him. The grooming was spot on. Ever since then, we have been visiting her regularly.

She took my pomchi in same day on a Sunday and was fast! This was a last minute decision but I'm so grateful I found her!

I finally found a groomer that took the time to get to know my pup and make sure he was comfortable. She was so gentle with him. I had yet to find a groomer I wanted to go back to! Well I found her. Thank you Heidi! You’ve done the best job in town. I WILL be back.

She was very patient and caring. Did an excellent job grooming my dog. My dog is very timid and nervous. Would definitely recommend her.

My husband days an 8. But there wasn't a spot for that..

Great Groomer, Great Person I will be taking my dogs there from now on!
