Petco Grooming

Krista is absolutely amazing! After a bad experience when my puppy was still a puppy at another salon, we brought her to Petco and got scheduled with Krista by chance. Krista is now the only groomer I will book my dog with due to her attention to detail and helping us both feel at ease every time. Posting photos from some of our recent visits- 100000000% recommend Krista! (but don't everyone go to her, I need to make sure she still has time for my dog!)

Krista is amazing! She has been grooming my dog Jack since he was 8 months old. He was a little resistant at first but Krista and Jack became fast friends! He always looks forward to his visits with Krista. Highly recommend!

Usually I like the results of my dog's haircut however this time I am not happy with it. I ask for her hair to be carved around her eyes so she didn't get big eyebrows that cover her eyes and are hard to keep clean. That wasn't done. It was quite obvious she had not been brushed well. Her hair was still knotty and had bits of paint in it still. The haircut was not smooth-- it showed her skin in some areas and was shaggy in others. When you pay you have to take the bill to the cashier and then pay and put your tip on the credit card. You don't get your dog back until afterwards so you can't even see it to know if you should tip or if you should address a grooming issue. I'll go back again because the manager listened to my problems when I called and offered me a solution.

We took our pugapoo Stella to PetCo Grooming for her very first service. Krista did an AMAZING job with our girl. She is a very shy and timid dog, but the groomer helped her get through it and made Stella look adorable. Thanks Krista!! We will be back very soon 🙂

Krista at Lynnwood Petco is fantastic. Milly always looks her best after a session with her, and she is relaxed and happy when I pick her up. Even more importantly, Milly never develops ear infections or shows any other bad side effects from her treatments. Fully satisfied dog mom, here!

Sadly, my dog had a wet cough after his 2nd grooming here. Lasted for a day or two. Not sure if it's from water to the face or from drinking the bathing water. But if he did drink any, I was not informed of it. He was also still very damp despite showing up a little late to get him too. The first experience was really great so it was baffling to me that our 2nd one was much different. The vibes and everything were off. I wasn't able to pick my dog up until I paid and tipped them first. Before even seeing the results of his groom. All my other experiences, I got my dog and then paid. And tipped based on how well they did. I was hesitant to say anything but I hope this can be used as constructive feedback. That is my only intention to write this. This one is the closer location to home so we would like to return back again some day. Best of wishes.

Kristin, was very good with our Yorkie. She made him look great with just the mini clean-up he had. She also had some very helpful nutrition ideas and how to keep his eye stains contained. We will be back to have her do Oso again. You could tell she really was knowledgeable 🙂
