PetSmart Grooming

While a year or so ago they mishandled my other dog I decided to try them again with my pomeranian. Kaitlyn C. did a great job with his express haircut. He looks and feels great. It seemed like there may have been a miscommunication when they booked my appointment but they did fix it for me.

Just came back very disappointed after 30 minutes drive to get a hair cut and bath for my dog Mia. It just took one minute for the groomer Jessi H. To turn me down saying that she was not going to the grooming for some "petsmart policy " that involves not doing a haircut because my dog has some matting on her legs and then she referred me to some vets that can assist me with that. Is that really part of the policy or should I call that laziness. I have a good experience with Mia at the Coral Gables location in Miami but I cannot recommend this place to any pet owner.

My Aussie’s first grooming at almost 6 years old went perfectly! Everyone was very kind and personable, they all seem to work together as a team. Great job!!

Very pleased with the customer service at this PetSmart Grooming. We had an issue that was immediately addressed and they made sure we were completely satisfied with their services. I will certainly continue to bring my pup here for top-notch treatment and care.

So I went in with my Chihuahua Tito and my Peruvian Llama Gatita for the full Monte groom package, and I was so impressed that I got myself groomed there as well. They put a collar on me, clasped me to the wall, shed my clothes down to my skivvies, and hit me with the bovine pressure washer. Man! What a cleaning! It was an incredible bonding experience for me and my pets, as well as for the groomers and cashiers at this wonderful establishment. Of course, we had to shop while there, and had a blast! If you have a pet who needs a cleaning, visit these groomers and consider the "Groom Us Wild" package for you and your animal family members.

To be honest, they actually do a pretty good job here... But I can without a doubt almost admit our first couple of visits were the experiences people tend to throw this massive corporation under the bus because of all sorts of reasons... TBH, it's not the corporation that cares about your furpanion (or whatever the hell you want to label your animal), it's the people working there that care... And every time we've gone, the staff there has always put our dog and all his fear and anxiety first and have done what they could to minimize it to their ability. He's actually gotten better each and every time to the point where he doesn't scream like an emo child believing his world is going to end with a nail grind. Their availability and their convenience are huge pluses... Not denouncing the local groomers and trimmers but PetSmart's schedule works well for us... Great job guys! Buddy thanks you!
