Alicia has bathed, groomed, cut nails for over 12 years for my six dogs and two cats. She is so caring. She treats each of my fur babies like they were her own. Very professional and loves animals. Everyone gets great haircuts, nail trims and baths. I highly recommend Alicia and Purr D Paws. I will continue to bring my fur babies to her forever and ever. I get everyone groomed every six weeks.

I took my 1year old yorkie here today and it wasn’t until getting home did I notice she had a nick on her face. NO ONE TOLD US. When speaking to the owner I was told it’s not a nick, cut or open wound but just a red mark. I have been coming here for over a year and this has never happened. The lack of accountability is disgusting.

Did a great job in my son's dog and at a reasonable time and price. We were very happy with his haircut so much so we booked another for next month 😀

Called a day prior to book my appointment for full pet grooming-wash, nail trim and haircut. After dropping off my dog day of the appointment and explaining to the assistant how short I wanted the hair cut, they called me to say they didn't have time to do the haircut. Not sure why they booked the appointment if they couldn't follow through. Total waste of my time and very unprofessional. I won't be returning.

She was so rude. I went in to ask her some questions about an appt. And she was so we are booked. But her tone was so bitchy. No thanks honey. You won't get my business. You need to talk better to your customer. I was being polite I didn't deserve your loud callousness. Bye.
