Very pleasant staff, and management. Had a bad experience at petsence and this going forward is my only choice for MY Divine darlings! Plus the groomer puts a necktie on the boys to simmer the look! I love it❤️🎶
Jennifer is a skilled, caring and wonderful pet groomer with an experienced staff! Also, a great place to board your pet. I just left my doggie Bella with River's Edge for a week while we went on vacation. Jennifer was very kind and patient with me, as I called almost daily to check on Bella. Bella seemed to do great while she was boarded there and their prices are very reasonable! Thank you, Jennifer, for taking such good care of my Bella!
I brought my Goldendoodle puppy here. I asked for a trim ABOVE THE EYES and I got my dog back with his whole head shaved. I asked for a sanitary trim but now he has clipper burn and can’t even walk properly!! Please keep that in mind when booking here.
Do not use this business. They will ignore your request on how to cut your dog's hair. They didn't cut his hair evenly. The cut hair wasn't removed. Most disturbing they where unapologetic when confronted about it. Go somewhere else.
