A Million-Hairs Doggy Spa

Tracy is the best!! Nelson is our third pup she has taken care of. They have all loved her. She does such a great job making them look perfect.

We had a great experience with Kelsey! I’m always nervous finding a new groomer for my Shih Tzu as he is naturally grumpy and can be fearful after having a terrible experience at another business but Kelsey did so good with him. He came home happy and pretty!

Tracy always does such a good job on our dog's coat, and treats him well. She asks what we want done, is never late, and is great at communicating with us. We adore the Christmas pictures she does each year!

I took my shih tzu today, and i specifically told the lady many times before i left that i just needed her a trim the front and not cutting the hair, , because i wanted her hair stay longer.and when i came back i did not even recognized my dog she shaved her hair off i almost cried looking at my dog shaved, and just so devastated, and shaving my dog without even asking permission or at least letting me know, it breaks my heart because i love my shih tzu’s hair. The worse grooming ever and worse feeling that i have, I will never go back a million hair doggy spa in capshaw. I went there because i thought they are cheaper than pets smart i even paid the same.I just cant get over it..😭😭 It just hurt me.i know it will take long to grow back, she doesnt look like shih tzu anymore.

Being new to the area, it seemed like we'd never find a groomer taking on new clients until we found A Million Hairs Spa!! Kelsey is the BEST! She's so sweet and caring with our little Westie, Priscilla! Prissy can be a handful and a bit stubborn, too, but Kelsey is so patient with her. Now Prissy is coming around and calming down thanks to Kelsey. The service is Always good, and she does a great job with her grooming! I'm so glad we found her! ♥️³⁴THANKS, KELSEY!!♥️
