PetSmart Grooming

We took 3 of our dogs there today. We received a phone call at 5:15ish pm from the floor lead, saying a whole bunch of stuff about one of our dogs, but wasn’t really saying much besides apologizing… we asked for explanation of what’s going on and the floor lead, George, said that THEY GAVE SOMEONE ELSE OUR DOG. THEY GAVE OUR DOG TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (We have him now, he’s safe) And to add on to that, George, who was the floor lead while our dogs were there, called us telling us all of this and then also mentions that he’s leaving for the day and if we want answers we can talk to the next manager that’s coming in that WASNT at the store when any of this happens???!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DOG GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!! What if something happened to him? What if he was lost or ran away?? Being a pet groomer is making sure that the dogs are safe while being roomed and away from their owner while away… this salon has done the complete opposite. Never ever ever returning.

Great snd knowledgeable groomers... I was traveling with my dogs and they needed a groomer and two of my dogs just needed nails clipped the groomers knew how to handle my big dogs who don't really like the Nails done!!! They did so wonderfully that I would recommend and tell anyone to go see them for their dogs needs ... I also have a little maltipoo who needed the groom and the cut was just so cute and wasn't shaved down like I've had some groomers do they did a great job... can't say enough good things about all the groomers here..... thanks from my pups and my family

Jayden is so wonderful! She always does such a wonderful job making our little shy boy Dunkan feel safe and comfortable. He just loves her and comes out smelling and looking his very best!! I highly recommend her and Petsmart!!
