My dog ( chihuahua) happens to be very difficult to trim his nails this is the only place that will take him on. They are amazing and humane. I absolutely love them. I am so greatful to have found them through a friend of mine as a walk in. Highly recommended.

Called today spoke to the owner. I had cancelled a few times. Bc my dog was severely sick and needed to go to the vet multiple times.i even stated on the call that the reason why i kept canceling is because my dog kept having medical problems and i was not going to put other dogs at risk.even told the owner that her response well I can’t have my girls sitting around not getting payed. That isn’t my problem and as a business owner your employees should be making an hourly on top of being payed for the work they do for your clients. But also I’ve read your reviews so I’ve also been very hesitant about bringing my dog to your business review stating that this place is very unsanitary dog crates stacked on top of other crates. Dogs furr cut down to bear skin. Cuts on ears.

Excellent experienced, gentle staff. I was in and out with my cat after getting his nails clipped for the first time (with me.) Michu was so good and he curled up next to the woman who clipped them when she was done. One mile from my house convenient. I’ll be a returning customer absolutely 💯

My doggie was shave beyond his skin. She blamed me for his nots. Insane. Left him with bold spots. So dissatisfied.

I was so worried to have my cat groomed for the first time at age 16. She is extremely timid and never even comes out from under the bed when strangers are in my house. I was so impressed by the care and professionalism that I experienced here. My cat was shaved down to remove her mats. She is such a happy cat now and seems to be even more affectionate. Thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave my kitty.

Brought my dog here about 4 times and he never smelled washed. He ALWAYS smelled like wet dog, and it wasn't even his sent. He smelled like a different dogs scent. It was weird, I gave them a few chances but never did he come out smelling nice. I even had her change the shampoo but still did not smell nice at all. They are very nice, but with my dog, the service sucked.

I took my puppy here and was shocked at how unprofessionally cut she looked. Her fur was unevenly trimmed and some parts of her body wasn't trimmed at all. The people here are very nice however I was not impressed with their work. Definitely won't be sending my dog there ever in life.
